Texas-based Mrs. Baird's Bread no longer makes the cinnamon rolls of my childhood, so I decided to try a small-batch homemade version to mimic the 2 pack I remember getting at the bakery store for my afterschool snack. They were so fresh, soft, and sweet. The cinnamon rolls came in original, apple, or cherry. While I wait for them to make a come back, I guess these will do nicely!
