Its interesting how powerful Cora and her daughters end up becoming as each of them will have their own kingdom. Cora becoming queen of Wonderland, Zelena ruling over Oz and Regina becoming queen of Leopold's kingdom. If only the three of them were able to find common cause, their alliance would have been unstoppable.
He's practically the reason everything started - cora's heart hardening, the abandonment of Zelena....if those hadn't happened she wouldn't have pushed so hard for Regina to be royalty and Zelena wouldn't be jealous of Regina....I want to know what kind of punishment Hades had for him....personally I'd like to see him mucking out the pig sty for the rest of his life...

What Ava did wasn't right, but at the same time, how could she be expected to know the whole story? I agree with some of the people on this page, maybe actually having a child instead of just talking about one made her see things in a different way, maybe that's what made her decide to change

As much as I love this show, here I am JUST realizing that Cora forced Regina to marry Leopold and not only that, but each of them, Cora, Regina, and Zelena had some sort of sexual encounter with Rumple.... God... it’s bad enough everyone was related, but damn.

... I'm so confused. Back in season 2, Cora meets Ava at a ball thing in which she marries Prince Henry ... This takes place after this episode. But what I don't get is if Eva was already married to Leopold, why was she a potential candidate for Prince Henry? The timelines don't make sense unless I'm missing something lol!
In one episode they can skip forward alot and cover alot of time. In skin deep for example it begins with Belle meeting Rumple and ends with Regina taking her hostage which is a great amount of time as shown by flashbacks in later episodes which happened in between the two events.
This is another plot hole: what happens in this episode is set time before cora meets rumplestilskin. In that episode we find ava again, she is even played by the same actress. Even if they should have met in this episode, nor ava nor cora act as they ever met. Moreover, Ava in the miller's daughter episode shoud have married or at least met snow's father. On the contrary she is there becuase she seems in good acquaitance with prince henry, cora's future husband and regina's future father.
Cora was born with magic but didnt know she had max powers soo powerfull at her disposable powerfull hand n that's why Rumple was looking for her n found her after the seeir foward her seeing to the past n present n future to Rumple so she can be free n die at peace so Rumple got it n search for the Future POWERFULL sorceress that didn't even know she had max POWERFULL magic that she was born too n never Knew she had it the hole time n had no idea how to use it .... I don't feel bad for Cora. "Johnathan" is right, a harlot is harlot. Back then you didn't sleep with a man before marriage unless you were a harlot and assuming someone is a prince doesn't make it any less scandalous. A proper woman would've waited untl the wedding night to have sex so yea that was on Cora for being dumb

If you research history the idea that their wasn't premarital sex back around the presumed time this would have taken place is laughable. Plenty of people, not just "harlots" were having sex and babies out of wedlock. Its later down the line but an interesting thing to look into is how common it was back in the early US colonial days that brides were pregnant. Most "good christians" decided not to care so long as the woman married before the birth. The whole myth that "people use to know better" and "women used o have values" is part of the glorification of the past and a romantic view of it. Court records actually provide a very good view of the kinds of things people used to get up to.
