Hello Graham. Seen a few of your videos you have done and they're great. Love the view of the clay holes. Remember going fishing/swimming in there as a kid, was great fun although dangerous!! I've been trying to find out some research on the clay holes and all I've found out is they was once used to quarry clay in the late 1800s. I heard rumours that the steel works used these and pumped water from these to cool down the steel?? If you can shed any light on these great wonders would be amazing. Apparently there is a steam engine dumped in the bottom of the deepest one, aswell as cranes and old heavy machinery they got rid of in the day. Keep up the good work . Like to see some videos of the regeneration of Oakley Vale too. 😀

Hi Kim,thanks. Yes it is a mavic 2 zoom.Yes it is a great spot to take off from. The other rail lines are now defunct lines linking British steel to the main line.It was a very sunny day so I used a 16 nd filter hence the clarity...

Hi Graham, this video is wonderful! I'm working on a documentary related to the clay holes and it would be great if I could include some of this footage - would it be ok if I email you to discuss further?

Not sure which drone your using but guessing its the Mavic 2 Zoom. Great capture buddy. Didn't realise how many rail tracks there were in Corby. Great spot for filming the steam loco's when they pass through. Interesting video and the clarity is awesome. 😉👍👍👍👍👍
