This is one of the most amazing meditations I've ever done. I had a very toxic friend in my life for 4 years who made every effort to control me and make everything the way they wanted it to be. Even after not being friends with them for almost a year I still felt tied to them. After doing this meditation I feel so much lighter and I know that they can never take my energy again.

I cried uncontrollably while visualizing holding the cord and then once I pulled it and handed it over to God, my tears almost instantly stopped. I can’t say that I’m at 100% now, but I def feel a lot lighter. But this is also only my 2nd time doing one of these and this is a heavy cord that’s attached to my heart. A man that I love with all my heart that I’ve known for over 30yrs. Thank you for this. I will def be using it often.

I can relate to your comment. I have loved a man for 6 years. I had been with him only for a year in a long distance. He had continued to held a virtual space in the orbit of my life. We had an intense connection revolving around spirituality, books and deeper questions of life. He was my best friend who embraced me through my sickness and adventures. He never judged me. It gave me a lot of grief that despite everything working out positively, free of dramas, the same source that brings us together can pull us back. I'd think this person was my karmic relationship and he was a twin flame. Since years went by and I wasn't moving on/letting go - I realized I had to explore energetic release of this connection. When I visualized and knew it was time to release, I began to cry uncontrollably. As soon as I had pulled it out, my tears had stopped and I felt much at peace plugging it into the source and image of my guru surfaced (Ramana Maharshi famous sage of India) where my partner and I took our first trip together to. I have no regrets but gratitude for whatever I'd been evolved into.

Love from india ❤️.......I love someone more than myself and he cheated on me with some random girl that hurt me and i left him but he still randomly like every month after our breakup contacts me and i also reciprocate still i feel i have cords attached to him !!!! THANKS For this meditation i am finaly relaxed my heart is at peace

Thanks so much for this. I am not new to cord cutting and I know what happens when you cut cords but I have a friend who I cut cords with, then go back to. Her energy is super detrimental and I don't want to elaborate but honest to God, I finished this cord cutting and a second later she messaged me to meet. You can't make this stuff up!

i have done cord cutting for a lot of different energetic binds and felt freed afterwards. however, there is one that i cannot cut. i keep getting told i cant cut it, because it is a cord of fate. typically it is gold. i attempted to remove it during this session and it made me feel sad. my heart bled at the spot when i removed it, and i kept getting told no. they helped me put the cord back, source and the connection both. when i just held the cord, i felt at peace and quite blissful. i did connect the cord to source, so at least there is healing going on. ^^ im still learning about a lot of this spiritualism stuff, but if i cant cut the cord i hope connecting to source helps us both heal.

This is, by far my most favorite cord-cutting meditation here in YT, it's very easy to do and yet very powerful. Coupled with intent and love, I have been healing wonderfully. Thank you so very much for this. May you always be blessed by Source with love. 💕

I set boundaries with a (now) ex-friend. That’s when the mind games started. They were never a true friend to begin with, only a controlling narcissist. This is the first meditation I have ever cried through. But not because of the loss, because really I didn’t lose anything, but because of the love I felt for myself afterwards. This was incredibly empowering. Subscriber for life. Thank you. 🙏🏻✨☮️

Hi Kylie! Not to sound dramatic or anything but you saved my life and my sanity with this video! I am not one to get panic attacks or feel anxiety and the past few days I was going literally insane because I didn't know what was happening to me, I didn't feel like myself. Then I realized I needed to cut energetic chords and that's how I found your video!! TYSM, after just one session I felt like ME again, I was bawling my eyes out because it just felt so good to feel back to normal. My heart was overflowing with pure self-love and joy at the end. I did it in between of my feeling where I was feeling really anxious, I was afraid to let go of that person but I did it. I cried as I was releasing that person but, thank you, I feel stronger after I did this. Thank you to my beloved friend for recommending me this channel 💕

Thank you, this is wonderful, I've done this twice, my first time I did it cutting the cords of múltiple people, and today with my ex, who appear in my dreams a lot, when I was pulling the cord out, it was never ending, it May sound strange, but it was like I couldn't get to the end. I feel like I haven't got it all, strange feeling. Perhaps I will do it again tomorrow. I just wanted to say thank you this meditation is fantastic 💕

Thank you so much! I've healed a lot from a breakup but still felt stuck so I thought I'd try this. I didn't realize how much emotion I was still holding onto. As soon as I visualized him I started to sob. Pretty much cried the whole time until you had me connect him to source. Now I feel lighter and more peaceful. Saving this to come back to again. ❤️❤️

I’ve only done this a few times and I’m already starting to feel better. When I wake up in the morning, I meditate and when I go to bed at night, I meditate. I also say “"God/ archangel Michael, I am asking you to please cut all cords that exist between me and (person’s name) that no longer serves my highest good"
