This meditation completely changed my life. I was involved and in love with an exstremely toxic relationship on and off for 10years. I could not let go of this attachment. 4 months ago I focused on finally moving away from this relationship. I listened to this meditation every night for a week and miraculously I was able to let go without looking back. Finally! I also was united with my twin flame shortly after and I have never been more happy. Its amazing what I accepted as "normal" being in this toxic relationship vs. the relationship I am in now with an amazing man. I would not be where I am today if it wasnt for this powerful meditation. Thank you angel Rasa for your healing words and energy. It's TRUE magic.

Thank you for sharing this! Today i am searching for a meditation with the same purpose as you described. I am no longer together with a toxic person, however I feel that we do have a bound and even after some years this person continues to stalk me and appearing in my life. Enough is enough

The cord was white and gold. When I cut it, it turned to ash and he turned into a black space.

Today, I let go of my unhealthy connection to my mother and the guilt that comes with feeling that I am responsible for her happiness because she did a good job raising me. III am the center of my life, MY happiness is my priority and responsibility, and her happiness is her own. I will no longer harbor feelings for negativity or distain toward her, or myself for ever feeling inadequate based on her standards. I love her, and I understand that that love means letting go of her sphere and trusting that she will be perfectly fine in the driver's seat of her life. I will help her when I can without burdening myself and without making her the priority in my life. While she gave birth to me, God and His Universe has its own purpose for me, and I will be dedicated to finding and fulfilling that. Thank you as always for these wonderful meditations Rasa 🙇🏽‍♂️

This specific meditation on cutting toxic cords is so unique and powerful because Rasa expresses that you are just ridding yourself of the toxicity that exists rather than "canceling" someone, I mean, we live in a world where people "cancel" one another. Sometimes, you just have to cut off relationships when they are unhealthy and or abusive, however, what I found so unique and powerful in this specific cutting of toxic cords was it wasn't about canceling someone or throwing someone away kind of a vibe which I have found plenty of those on youtube meditation channels. Rasa's cutting toxic cords is said with integrity and speaks to making yourself get into your own balance which is a completely different thing than whats typically offered within the world of cutting cord meditations available on youtube. I don’t at all allow myself to be myself. Through allowing, and letting feelings and thoughts process, I’ll be free. It’ll be a battle as I’ve been fighting myself for years, but it’ll be one of great peace after great turmoil.

The cord was a white thick rope attached to my stomach and my ex's abuser stomach. I pulled the cord with the roots out of me and him. He didn't disappear but just stood there. I cried when the golden light came over me then felt completely light afterwards. No more of abuse by anything or anyone!!!! 🙏🏽❤️

This meditation really was very visual for me. I could clearly see a thick black rope coming from my solar plexus to someone I've been really trying to let go of---and I could tell that this was just a version of this person that I'm holding onto. I actually didn't feel like this person was truly bad. And when I was able to cut the chord (it took me several tries in my mind), this person immediately became less scary and filled with love. I could see that cutting this chord freed them as well. This was so healing, Rasa. You are such a gift and I am so happy that I ever found your channel.

I release any and all energy that holds me back. That brings unstable emotions into my mind my body and my soul. I return it to the universe. I wish to release the dark funnel cloud that connects me to a past relationship. As it fades out into the universe. the weight and burdens of the connection no longer in effect and we are both released!!!

Well....I didn't expect much from this meditation, and usually I'm not that good at visualizing scenarios, and I get distracted easily & then lose the plot, but whoa! this surprised me totally! Visuals were almost touchable! & I was 100% there! Very grateful. Will have to do it a few more times. Very powerful. Thank you, humbled.

Today I detached from a very unhealthy dark hart connection t with my father from early childhood ... this attachment was using my heart Energy Draining and robbing me of my light energy ...💛🙏I have done many meditations ... but this meditation brought up a memory I had long forgotten... 🙏
