The first tenet of great writing, is write what you know. I would imagine that writing from personal experience leads to some uncomfortable feelings and conversations. However, it is still your truth and should be told. Love the line “ We all gotta cry sometimes.” Well written song.

Nobles - The Alchemist, Earl Sweatshirt, & Navy Blue. Earl is imo a artist with a very large vocabulary. He really can make simple yet complex bars that paint a vivid picture. Highly recommend you review a Little Simz song. Dope female rapper from the UK that's dropping her follow up album to "Grey Area" soon which I really enjoyed. I recommend listening to Venom, Introvert, or Dead Body first
