If you look at the shoes and clothing of the person giving the shine , they take pride in the way they look and want you to look good also. Nice work.

It really irritates me whenever they tie the laces wrong. When using a correct knot, then the two loops would point left and right and not up and down as seen here. Also, with this wrong knot the laces will become loose more easily ...
