Cap warfare is imo the best and strongest electronical warfare. A ship without energy can't do anything, it can't warp, it can't use 90% of modules. Unfortunately in pve energy neuts are useless while energy vamps are very useful. TD against a missile boat is absolutely useless and many people use caldari missile boats.
Weak at pvp LMAO Legion, zealot, sacrilege, Abaddon, Navy apoc, Navy geddon, guardian have been the mainline ships of many fleet doctrines since forever.
Maybe a pass, but not a buff. The only ship I feel needs some love right now is the Archon, since it lost its triage role, it hasn't had any love. Same thing with the Chimera.
Are you smoking something? Tracking disruption is cancer against anyone fighting Triglavian ships because they have no falloff; so you disrupt their optimal range. All of those Leshak fleets in null? Weak to TD. Kikimoras used for bashing citadels and fighting skirmish? Weak to TD. If you're in a Trig ship and trying to fight TD, it's either a game of getting inside of brawl range or saying, "Mother May I?"
Yet, their slaves were allowed enough freedom and lack of oversight to create fleets, armies, and numerous giant space stations without the Amarr noticing. So much for being oppressed.
