is it so necessary to drill the structural load bearing components like Slab,Beam & Column for just passing the pipe through them.Pipe can even be passed by just giving a 90° bend.The bend will induce some losses but those losses i guess is acceptable whn compared to losses in strength in structural member while vibration during drilling.
