This pilates core workout will help fire up and sculpt your core muscles using many of the traditional pilates abdominal exercises. These movements are designed to be done with precision and proper alignment for maximum engagement of your core muscles.
This 17-minute pilates core workout is the perfect routine to add on to an additional workout, or also do on its own when you only have time for a core routine that is both quick and effective. This is suitable as both a beginner and intermediate level pilates workout, as modifications are always an option!
This pilates core workout can be done as part of the Pilates Sculpt & Tone series, but you do not need to be part of the series to complete this workout. This is a perfect standalone pilates core routine!
