Corey Feldman's (My) Truth: Documentary - Movie Review 

I’m delighted to see someone your age taking this seriously. It a very, very sad world when kids aren’t being minded or cared for properly. And especially when other adults turn a blind eye to it. It’s not ok, to say nothing, if you know or think something wrong is happening. I’d rather be wrong, than proved right, at a later date. Always be aware of what’s going on around children. Because that’s what they were, at the end of the day, just children....

These comments dude... thank you for reviewing this documentary. I think the purpose of this film is not just to name names, but to bring awareness and discussions. I hope more people would open their mind and not focusing solely on Feldman himself

If you do your research. Feldman us facing some serious trouble. It's all going to come out. Look at interviews with former Corey's angels, former body guard, bus driver of Corey's tour bus, Corey Heim's fiancee and mother. Those are just a few. Are they all lying

Thanks for your review of this film. I haven't seen it and trying to find out how. I am glad that Corey Feldman made it but wish that Haim was there to help with it too and heal. But at least it's out now and everyone's seeing the truth.

2:39 - its worth noting (at least in the UK ..but, probably in the US and elsewhere too), teen magazines (from the 70s+80's) were often overseen by sex abusers. So, even though the magazines stated 'Teen' they were in reality mainly read by pre-teens. Teens, thought the magazines were 'uncool'. But little kids wanting to be teens, that was another story. This was recognised by abusers and so they occupied the leadership in the industry. Then, began using the magazines to 'groom' children (by exposing them to 'teen' sexual content, agony aunt columns etc). In the UK, this quietly came out in the media in the mid 2000's (I think). When a big wig of the industry got ousted as an abuser (starting a chain reaction). Most of the details were not covered in the media, other stories covered over it. It turned out (since the 70's) most of children's light entertainment (in the UK) was run by abusers (or at least a network of them). In fact, it all goes back to when a certain 'man/boy association' was banned in the UK (its members later targeted+became these abusers amongst the entertainment industry execs). Before they were all removed (ending, in around 2006). But, for around 30 years, child (pre-teen) readers of Teen magazines were being targeted/groomed/sexualised in the UK. And the abuse also carried into the TV world and the (MUCH lesser known) children's movie industry in the UK. Remember all those odd made for UK films from around the 1970's? With kid gangs going on odd adventures etc. They tended to play in Schools etc ..and you've never seen any of them again. The abusers ran that film network too. The effects of all this abuse will never be confronted in detail. As some of it, became ingrained in these 3 decades of child minds. That damage was too much to contemplate it seems. As was, the legal side of it all. So, changes happened ..to hopefully stop future mass grooming like this through media. The sad thing, with this type of crime. No-one, including the public, really want to get too far down the rabbit hole. So, the cases never get fully resolved. Its such a terrible crime that people prefer to sweep it up as best they can and move on. At least now people are more aware. And so abusers take different routes. fyi - Nowadays, grooming is all (predominantly) done online. Targeting/grooming is done through social media sites. Groomers can even use 'filters' to look young, as well as using real children to befriend/groom victims online. And then, getting them into groups to be abused. Be aware and monitor your kids (especially with anything 'online'). Peace and be safe.

I'm 40. If I had a child, I would not let him/her be a pop singer or an actor. I wouldn't want him/her being preyed on sexually by older people. I'd want them to have a normal childhood. you can't replace a childhood.

I didn't see Feldman's documentary but a few names that were mentioned like Hoffmann they were already outet in another documentary from a few years ago, called "An Open Secret". They also talk about accusations that were made about Brian Singer. I guess it's always with an industry in which everybody wants a foot in the door and there are of course people trying to get most out of their clients. It's a sick situation ... and people are either willing to do anything it takes to become rich and famous ... or kids are being pushed into all of this :-/

What I found distasteful was how Feldman outed Haim, which is unkind especially after Haims death. It seemed to me that the whole thing was a backhanded attempt to tarnish Haim by Feldman.

No. Feldman would be the most protective of his son Zen NOW because he is 15, 16 and this was when he was being sexually-assaulted as a teen.

And some friend the guy who raped haim was feldmans best friend ,and haim claimed feldman knew what was going on and could have stopped it .

Corey also thinks he is a musician 👨‍🎤 and traps girls at his house which he calls angels 👼

He should speak his truth, but leave Haim out of it as he’s dead !
