The Corgi De Tomaso Mangusta Ghia model was produced by Meetoy only in 1969. It seems to me that the complexity of production and the number of details meant that this model was withdrawn. This is an amazing 1:43 scale car that comes with a fold-out chassis for the first time. It was sold in a special package which showed the entire chassis with the engine arranged separately on the shelf below. Now the Corgi subsidiary in China has produced a replica of this famous car following the model from 1969. My model was very dilapidated, but as it is very rare, I decided to restore it to its greatness. It was missing four tires, two rims, had a torn antenna, broken suspension, and it was completely damaged. I did all the restoration work. I also added the box as it was sold in 1969. Unfortunately, I was not able to make the inner drawpiece, because it was made of plastic. That's why I simulated a similar inner box made of cardboard. The raw footage lasted for hours, I tried to shorten the film as much as I could, in the end I'm presenting the best 38 minutes. The amount of work that has been done on this car has been so great that get ready to watch the wonderful restoration for a long time.
