Garami me sore eyes hote hai tabhi garam pani me ek kapademe dhaniya dalkar Potala bandhkar rakhate hai aur thanda hone ke bad usi potaliko usi pani me bhigokar eyes per rakhate hai usase rahat milati hai. Dhaniya jeera aur saunf dry roast karake powder banate hai .Chai ki pattiki tarah pani me dalkar is powder ko ubalate hai usame shakkar ya mishri aur doodh dalkar pite hai. Isase heat se rahat to milati hai aur urine bhi saf ho jati hai.
