Corking your Belgian ales 

This demonstrates the use of a machine that applies corks to wine or Belgian ale bottles. In this case I'll be bottling a Belgian style sour beer and want to apply the cork with a certain amount of the cork sticking up out of the bottle. Easy to use and makes for some nice looking bottles of specialty beer
