Obviously there are some misguided players who think that team rules and standards don't apply to them. Those type of players will ruin a team.

Bro relax you are talking about 3 plays. He wasn't starting because he wasn't ready. You talking about Raw talent do you know how many brothers on the street and we all know them have raw talent heck some have NFL talent but are at home with you and me sitting on the sofa talking about what could have been. Every 4 and 5 star at this level have raw talent that is what got them there. What separate the good from the great is work ethics and study. We all sit here and watch the Well off video with all the great telling them about there study habits and how they study their opponents to get that half of second reaction time that is needed at this and the next level. If the coaches who have been with this young man tells you he wasn't ready than he wasn't ready. When the other coaches from other teams get film on him and study him all the bad habits will be exposed that is what Coach Prime is trying to prevent because just as fast as you are praising him. We would be just as quick to say the opposite of what are the coaches doing putting him out there and he wasn't ready. Trust the process, its not just about Raw talent. There are levels to this.

It's about discipline also, he has to attend meetings and be on time. It goes to character.

At the end of the day, Coach Prime would seem to be the best person to decide when, where and if Cormani plays.

We must understand that, above all, Prime is prioritizing raising men. While he values talent, he remains true to his methods. Unlike other coaches who let players' talent guide them, Prime knows you have the skills; that's why you're here. But to truly excel, both as an individual and an athlete, you must demonstrate accountability and integrity.

I don’t think you know a lot about sport in general. No good coach is going to start a player that doesn’t show up to practices or meetings. Also, it shows character issues if you don’t follow the simple rules or think they don’t apply to you. Practicing your craft is a life lesson not just FB.

Man it must be nice to coach from home, I trust Coach knows what he's doing. Anyone who knows football understands, if you want to play on gameday you better put in the work during practice and the classroom.

Coach Prime already told you why the kid was not starting. He's there with his team every day. He knows what's up. He's the HC for a reason. I wouldn't be second guessing him. When you get your HC job, you can call the shots. But when it comes to CU, like you said, "I don't know. . . ."

I don't care how many big plays he made. If he isn't putting in the work, coming to meetings late or not at all and not watching film then he doesn't deserve a starting position. I'm with Deion on that.

I know how passionate many of you are about Cormani starting, but starting is for those who earn it, if you’re constantly late don’t show up for appointments at your employer or Business you own you get replaced don’t matter how good you are people need to know you can be counted on. Coach Prime and Travis as his mentor have been working with Cormani from his arrival to prepare him to play when ready Travis was coaching him on the sidelines as in your video no other team in this country is going to give him that advance personal development. If Cormani is maturing he’ll stay if he refuses to follow rules of the program like coach stated the portal chair is of your choosing

The players need discipline and that’s probably why they are not starting. Being great is fine but that does not replace respect, discipline and the ability to follow directions.

It's amazing how short term thinking has become celebrated these days.. Prime knows the kid can be a pro, but dismissing film study and meetings will get him a short stay in the league.. Prime becomes a great coach when his players move on and become real ballers on Sundays. Yall are gassing the kid up 2 make bad decisions.

I did see some flashes from Cormani in the USC game. I believe he will be playing much more because the schedule is still tough and the secondary has many injuries.
