CORN for WINTER 🌽 A good recipe for corn for winter! Canned corn as in the store CORN for THE WINTER 🌽 We close young corn for the winter. A good, proven recipe for corn for the winter! It tastes like canned corn in the store, even better! We preserve corn in grains without cobs. This pickled corn then serves as a good addition to various salads. Also, canned corn at home is just perfect for making pizza.
Ingredients:
* corn - 13 cobs
* marinade-1.2 liters
Output: 4 jars of 0.5 liters each.
For the marinade (per 1 liter of water):
* rock salt-25 g (1 tablespoon with a slide)
* sugar-50 g (2 tablespoons with a slide)
* citric acid - 3 g (0.5 tsp)
For cooking corn:
* sugar-1.5 tbsp. l. for each liter of water
For sterilization:
* salt - 1 tsp per liter of water
⏰ Cooking time: 40 minutes cooking + 40 minutes sterilization
