Corn palak is a vegetarian dish which a variation of palak paneer. It is very tasty and healthy dish, it goes well with roti, naan, plain paratha, kulcha or jeera rice.
Ingredients:
Spinach(palak)-200 gm(washed)
Corn(frozen or boiled)-50 gm
Green capsicum(chopped)-1(medium)
Onion(chopped)-1(large)
Tomato(chopped)-1(optional)
Ginger-1 inch
Garlic-5 to 7
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Fresh cream-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Sabzi masala powder/chicken masala powder-1 tsp
(you may use 1/2 cumin powder and 1/2 tsp
coriander powder instead)
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
