This is the exact scenario i was thinking about when clicking on this bevause when Phoenix initially suggested the idea he looked goofy, until he actually thought about it and started pushing that shit.

@@alshaeebi812 some people struggle with puttin all things together in ace attorney cases, cuz, to be honest, they are kinda messed up. Not to mention that there is a lot of moments when you spotted the contradiction, but you don't know which exact evidence is needed to be presented.
@xah5560 I get that and I've used the brute force method when the case either was going on for too long or I got REALLY frustrated but going through the whole game like that just defeats the purpose, you might as well just watch a playthrough on RU-vid for free instead of buying the game.

@laurentiusmcmxcv Phoenix Wright: Spirit of Justice. The entire main conceit of that game is that there is a girl who can channel spirits and show their final moments as they saw them. You literally call the victims as eyewitnesses of their own murders.
Phoenix in this artstyle makes me think of an alternate universe ace prosecutor game series where you play as a newbie prosecutor wanting to bring heinous criminals to justice, and phoenix wright is the undefeated attorney who will defend anyone (even the guilty). You're facing him in the final chapter trying to prosecute his client, who even he knows is guilty but he doesn't want to lose regardless due to his pride
That doesn't sound like Phoenix at all. What would make it better if he is forcing you into a corner to make hard but quick decisions to show your conviction and pave a path for the future. Dark age of the law had left a heavy mark and now he putting you through the wringer to see if you can help clean it up.
Remember, Phoenix presented a defense so hard he proceeds to manifest Mia and explode the f*ck out of Godot’s mask Edit: I somehow forgot about this, (thx @Xempe) but he also did an exorcism in the middle of the court, and no-one talked about it. Like it was just another fucking Tuesday.
