Cornwall's Balancing Act 

The worst thing about Cornwall is the fact that it will probably never steam again thanks to a safety inspector puncturing a massive hole in the boiler with a hammer. Could you cover some other pre-grouping railways? I have some interest in the Furness Railway, North Staffordshire and Great Eastern.
