I like Carla too I feel like she’s one strong woman she takes no nonsense and she knows how to fight for herself (not trying to say that in a mean way) and she can be very supportive

Carla is quite horrible to Sally by threatening to fire her because what Sally did is not appropriate behaviour, nor is it acceptable to go through her boss's files which are private and confidential. Furthermore, it seems like a breach of privacy against policies and procedures. Apparently, Sally isn't allowed to do that, eh? That's why she gets told off by Carla for this.
Carla is threatening Sally because going through her boss's files which are private is seen as unacceptable and could get her into trouble. Carla thinks that Sally is overstepping her boundaries because I guess what Sally was looking at on the computer is not for her eyes. She isn't allowed to do that, is she?

To be honest actually I think that sally is jealous of Carla because Carla already hand Frank.
