I am angry with the writers of this show for 2 reasons, number one, letting Stephen get away with 2 murders and spiking Carla's tea and number two, letting Justin get away with stalking poor Daisy!! I WANT JUSTICE NOW!!!
Stephen will eventually be found out. In Justin's case it is harder as he hasn't actually broken any laws yet. I would say Stephen is worse as he is not delusional.

It's true that he had flashbacks after killing Leo and accidentally drugging himself but what he's currently doing to Carla (deliberately drugging her and then pretending to be her friend) is so calculating - he clearly knows exactly what he is doing and he is continuing to do it - he also copies Richard Hillman next week - at least he is not as cold blooded as Richard Hillman yet. I agree with the actor that he cares about Sarah and still holds a torch for Jenny despite the fact that he killed Leo.
I realize its just a tv show, and people ARE starting to whine - but after decades of watching this crap the characters become real - and uncle Stephen has really pushed it too far ! Hes gotta go !!

I initially thought the police could arrest him for housebreaking but sadly they can't as he didn't actually break the door down or threaten or harm her. Also the problem is that we know he entered the house without permission but he doesn't. Because he's deluded he doesn't perceive his actions as wrong even though they are.
No one should get stalked whether you're a woman or a man. Better laws need to be in place to protect the victim. Justin is clearly deranged but no one is out there doing an assessment on him even though there's a lot of evidence and many people that have seen his handiwork. firsthand. Even laws for entering a person's home need to be changed. I don't know if this is UK specific because I know in the U.S., people don't get to enter your home uninvited. Totally against the law. UK really needs a Castle Doctrine or if you have one, it needs to be revamped. This may be a soap, but this is all every day, real life stuff.
This is ridiculous. The police should of been called the second he was at the door and even more so when he was in the house. It is true though, that the police wait until you’re in hospital, take matters into your own hands or dead. I was attacked at knife point 10 years ago. Me and the guy had a fight. I won. I was arrested and taken to court and now I have a record for assault for DEFENDING MYSELF. The law is a joke.
The law actually isn't a joke...this storyline is. He has committed an offence under section 2 of the harassment act, as well as section 2a, and now potentially section 4. The police are useless but there is no way they could say she doesn't have evidence. The fact that she is a very attractive young white woman would also mean that the police would more likely help her, sad to say but it's true. The police haven't even interviewed him under caution....I've seen people at magistrates courts for harassment and stalking charges and the victims had far less evidence than this. If anything, the threshold in the Harassment Act is actually very low, to the point where police can charge people even when the matter doesn't warrant court time: I've literally seen someone charged with harassment and end up in court for sending 10 text messages to his ex, cause she said the messages were unwanted. Sorry to hear about what happened to you, I know people in the same boat. But you can definitely attest to the fact that the police are actually over vigilant, which was the point I was making above.
@@jenjones90 do you not think though that when 4 guys (one had a knife), targeting someone who’s 5ft 3 and 8 stone at the time, clearly obviously is the victim? How do the police explain that? They are a joke. They jailed a man for chasing two men out of his house while his 2 kids and wife were inside. While getting away, they crashed their motorbike, one died, and they acted like what he did was unlawful. We are human beings, not robots. We have feelings and instincts. I don’t care what the law says. If someone stepped into my home where my family is, they get 2 warnings to leave, but if they don’t I throw them out and if they resist, I’d hurt them. Depending on their size, if they’re armed or got company, depends on the level of force used, but either way, they’d still end up in hospital. I have a family and a home and my own life. I’m allowed to protect that. If I came into your home without your permission, where your family is, you’re well within your rights to put a knife in me. Animals defend family and territory. We’re no different.
I'm so sorry. I'm reading what happened to you, and my head is spinning trying to understand why you got the short end for possibly preventing your own murder. So your attacker actually got away with it?

@@lorrainedecosta5079 Let's put that in perspective. In the U.S. as in ALL countries, there are major big-time issues on the governmental level, state level and local levels. Right now, the U.S. is in a state of major transition but generally speaking, the U.S. has far better laws regarding stalking, perpetrators, victims, laws already on the books that are enforced and police that show up and deal with this type of criminal activity johnny-on-the-spot. The U.S. has its protocols, but the victim is not treated badly like Daisy has been by the local police. So, bring it on.
They don't, many many people get taken to court under the harassment act with far less evidence than she has presented to the police in this situation. You don't need to prove violence or threats of violence. I think the writers are just trying to show that some police forces have little understanding of the laws they are referring to. You have to remember that most police have a very very low level of education, yet they are being put in a role where they get first review of extremely serious matters. They're just there have been many cases where police have misinterpreted the law both to the detriment of the victim or the suspect.
Anyone with an untouchably snooty ego who’d falsely allege to have some stalker like it’s a joke could do with tuning into this storyline. It mightn’t always be this extreme but nonetheless this is what an actual stalker ‘looks’ like.

More fked than I thought it was going to be. Knew he’d get more dangerous, but didn’t think he’d go this far. He should have been arrested and/or charged as soon as daisy reported him. Know they didn’t have much evidence but daisy’s clear-as-day distress should have shown the severity of the situation
Justin really needs to get slapped because he has been harassing Daisy for all her life which is getting out of control but as usual he doesn’t listen to anything that Daisy says

Coronation Street I really feel sorry for Daisy she is such a sweet person and all she wants to do is live her life and Justin is not letting her do that by stalking her and terrorizing her😮

Did Daisy get a snap shot, hopefully her camera keeps a record. Worrying thing is if he can't have Daisy he may not want anyone to have her and get violent. Think Daisy should have rang the police when he was at the door. They better ring the police now he broke into the house.
Poor poor daisy, so far she hasn't been able to get that restraining order. I thought things were going to change for the better for her when that female officer finally figured out that she wasn't just making all this up, she also found that the older male officer was liking all her pictures so I figured she was all in on helping Daisy, but it doesn' seem to be helping. The video before this one was Daisy in court speaking as to what this guy has done to her life, her well being, it says it was on the 8th I don't recall seeing this yesterday.
Why don't Daisy just have an injunction OR a restraining order taken against Justin in order to put a stop to his violation behaviour. Because that is one way to stop a foolish nonsensical bloke like Justin from stalking and harassing Daisy to the point of targeting Daniel as well.
They cant pose a restraining order because he hasn’t physically done anything or had a prior charge you need physical evidence of a problem and the paperwork can take up to a year I tried getting one
@@nickyhaugh2390 in the previous episodes Daisy is taking out a stalking protection order but it’s a process so it’s gonna take a bit of time but what happened tonight will speed the process up
So the wedding venue will be in the Rovers because every occasion whatever it is is always held there and Daniel is the next one to go in prison one a month on this soap i think there's only 5 characters who have not gone in but hey its only early March.

Hope Stephen gets to hear what Justin doing to Daisy, do Daisy a favour Stephen and bump him off too it’s the only way with stalkers like him, police will only do FA and do stupid long investigations with no proof because stalkers are too good for the police by lying their way out.
The answer is simple, CALL THE POLICE, but this is a soap, of course they won't do it until something bad happens. No one in a soap ever has any common sense, but then no drama would happen if anyone was smart
Justin is proper screwed in the head & so is Stephen.. Both men willing to go every length to get what they want & getting away with it…. Hopefully they both get what’s coming to them soon, ridiculous storylines so much doom & gloom🙄

Daisy's a truly pathetic character she doesn't get to play victim after what she did when she first arrived in the street I have more sympathy for Justin than I do for her.
