What to expect from us:
1. All products undergo extra cleaning processes
2. HSE & NHS have stated that chlorine is the best disinfectant against the Corona virus.
3. Our hot tubs are safe to use. You can opt out of using our free gazebos and other accessories if you would like to take extra precautions.
4. We are opening outdoor bouncy castle hires early to cater for children being off school. However, wind restrictions of 24mph gusts are still of the upmost importance.
5. We advise small back garden gatherings, just to keep the kids occupied or relieving some of the stress.
6. We no longer accept cash on delivery. All payments must be made via BACS or other online methods in order to reduce contamination risks.
7. We have always carried hand sanitizer with us, feel free to use this whilst signing paperwork or borrowing our pen if you do not have one of your own.
8. Our cancellation policy remains the same. We do not charge a cancellation fee! Your deposit/booking fee will remain as store credit for when you're ready to book again, with no expiration date!
9. Our insurance, safety certificates & risk assessments remain intact.
