This is one of two main songs I sing when I'm having horrible OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, disassociation, anything really (the second song is oddly, Daisy Bell) and this is definitely my preferred of the two. I can't hear it without crying. The line "you just gotta try to please your own body" hits HARD because I feel like I really have to cater to others needs at the risk of my own. Thank you for this song. It's the only thing keeping me afloat besides my cat.
