I affiliated with Heartland Dental in Dec. 2019 and loved it….. for 2 years until we got a new RDO (regional director of operations) who is an absolute incompetent narcissist. Doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls, is on PTO non stop, numerous complaints about her. So many good people have been terminated without cause, she isn’t coachable and her boss doesn’t hold her accountable. No one cares. So sad because I truly loved it and the people
