THEY ARE BLACKMAILING ME FOR MONEY. I worked here for 3 months I am completed my b tech mechanical engineering Cast partiality atmosphere I am b tech in mechanical I cleased drainage in A Block AND I WAS ALLOTED FOR FULL ABLOCK PAINTING BECAUSE I AM NON CHOWDARY
Because they are chowdaries and they give all facilities only for chowdaries Even the increments and bonus also depends on chowdaries. And also at workatmosphere other cast work like a sweeper or a office boy.
Sir i have worked in our divis's company for less than 6 months ->i have face issue in the hostel i know in outside no body giving the free hostel facility ,i am grateful that work in divis ->i want to tell you the issue i faced in hostel and i resigned in company please take it as feedback from a employee if you doesn't want to leave these company these type of reason the main issue ,in our hostel food was so much bad,sometimes i doesn't able to eat and throw in wastebasket ,came to night shifts due to food was bad, one day one of the employee shooted that in his lunch plate got cockroach ,he tried to record the issue,he unable to record that incident ,related management came ,removed the name of the employee from the hostel please take action on these
