Here we have the USMC 3-day Assault Pack and adding the Corpsman Assault System Medical Sustainment Bag. You can add ~19+ liters to your Assault Pack, either one.
Supposedly, the Sustainment bag is 19 liters, however, it seems somewhat larger.
You can add all of the CAS pouches inside to give some organization.
I saw on eBay that a seller had a limited quantity for sale, unused for $59.99.
I purchased one to go with the almost new Corpsman Assault Pack that I have. I will sell the VGC duplicate bags on eBay.
