"Corrections 99.5" sounds like the slogan for an extremely pedantic FM Radio Station.

PLEASE, PLEASE NEVER EVER END THIS SEGMENT!! I only watch the show to get context for corrections!

Living in Ontario, Canada during the 90's, I can confirm that most of us WERE excited that a song was being sung about our provincial police!

Count the next one as a full episode, and that would make it 100.5. That way, you never technically did a 100th episode and can keep the chuckles coming. Been here since the dark times.

Seth went from telling all the jackals that he loves us, to him screaming "F$%& YOU!" at us... Do we deserve it? Most definitely. Like how Corrections MOST DEFINITELY deserves an Emmy.

This is one of those moments where in 20 years you look back and say, "i was there"

I would like to point out that in Episode 3 of Corrections, Amber said that this segment is not good for him (referring to Seth). However, if it wasn't for Corrections, Seth would have 18% fewer Emmy nominations and 100% fewer Jackals harassing him each week. So, fair trade-off?

I would like to point out that the ACTUAL canononically current Corrections count comes in at 98.5, because depsite Seth clearly establishing that the _"Specjackular: A Celebration of CORRECTIONS!"_ was not to be considered as a regular episode but rather a "Outstanding Variety Special (Prerecorded)", it is still listed as CORRECTIONS Episode 51. If this sounds like I'm in the bargaining stage of grief over the ending of corrections, that's because I am.

2:15 “Dundlak”? Even autocorrect knows it’s Dundalk. Seth’s writers apparently live in Dunspellin.

Corrections brings so much chaotic joy to my life.

I live in New Mexico. On St Patricks Day weekend i took a trip to NYC by myself just for a break from life and to visit the big city. As i sat in the airport in Albuquerque delayed for an hour and a half, the last thing i did before i got on the plane was watch corrections episode 99 and think how sad it would be if it ended. Of course I (jokingly) thought to myself, "hey maybe ill see seth while im in NY and i can tell him not to quit this amazing thing!" Lo and behold less than 24 hours later i was walking up 3rd Ave and who do i run into crossing the street....Seth fucking Meyers and his two boys. I still cant quite wrap my head around the level of coincidence that is. It all happened so fast and we were crossing the street towards each other and he was with his kids so i didnt say anything. But seth...if you are reading this now...please dont quit Corrections. It is the best thing on the internet. -joanne.

At the end of Closer Look I heard "then why are you still watching?" and I was like "oh no. Corrections energy creeping in again!" Then it was immediately a plug for corrections. You done good at prepping the people what to expect.

I hope Seth keeps giving Corrections random names now and then finally wins the Emmy this show deserves - It would be *chef’s kiss* if he wins & accepts the award for ‘Corrections: Episode 99 and 17/25’s, definitely maybe possibly could be should be would be but is not or maybe it is really Corrections’ 👌🏼😂

Conspiracy theory time… When talking about the cookie Seth said “legos” again. I believe this is opening the door for corrections season 2 episodes 101-199.5 and I personally can’t wait. I was very upset at the idea of a world without corrections.

He’s right. I missed Corrections episode 9 and nothing has made sense since. I’m glad this wasn’t Corrections because everything suddenly made sense again.

I love when I watch A Closer Look on Thursday night and there's a new insane tag at the end. I live in the comfort that it'll make sense in a few hours when Corrections gets posted.

The Callback Episode with no graphics feels like old times,and in the spirit of the days when Corrections was five minutes long and plagued with corrections about earlier Corrections(T-Sock), you just said "porchase a porche-car". Never stop this.

Please don't ever stop these! I don't usually watch late night talk shows, but Corrections randomly came on autoplay during the Pandemic and I've been obsessed since. It was Corrections that made me want to regularly watch a Closer Look!

Mr Myers, My daughter Mara and I have a ritual. Our weekends don't officially begin until we sit down with pizza and watch Corrections. No corrections? We don't consider it a legitimate weekend. I understand you and your hard working crew deserve breaks and vacations. We understand missing the odd weekend because you all need to go to Tahiti or Dundlak or where you take your holidays. My daughter and I deserve our weekends, too. We prepared for no corrections one week. We accepted our loss and grieved appropriately. Imagine our extraordinary chagrin when we went to start our weekend this week and found this ruffianism running rampant regarding our recurring ritual. On easter weekend of all weekends. We don't get a legitimate weekend on one of the most important Sundays of the year. Shame, sir. I have thrown out Mara's Easter basket in protest. I hope you're pleased with robbing us of two concurrent weekends. I'm so upset. I need my weekends. I love any mention of “Cicada, cicada,” and the “Or don’t” finally convinced me to check out Seth and Josh’s podcast.

I finally went back and watched all the corrections to prep for #100. Because of the way the playlist is ordered, with the most recent episodes first, you can't let it auto play. You have to go to the end of the list, and after each episode, press the backward arrow button. Each episode watched involves making a conscious choice to go more and more backward. It really encapsulates the whole corrections experience.

0:53: the wig joke is an old David Letterman gag. When people said he had a toupee, he'd say "if I did, why would I get one that looked like this?" Considering Seth is in Letterman's old chair, it's kind of a sweet homage.

I LOVE CORRECTIONS!!! This “show” has provided me with the safe space I’ve always needed to feel that it’s okay to feel irked and irritated when someone else gets something totally incorrect. It’s probably why I enjoy the show “Jeopardy!”, and Weird Al Yankovic. Please never end Corrections.

I started corrections a month or so ago and was told by Seth to watch them all in order. Being me i did and Seth went from my #3 late night host to number 1. My favorite moments, have to be the duel with the knitting community, ninja turtles, Pizza Hut, I work on computers and love to put it on in the background where I can watch. I’m embarrassed to say I’m 22 and like late night tv but there were times I legitimately bust out laughing in the middle of a quiet room filled with computer nerds. My favorite episodes are between 42, 64, 69, and 74 something about those episodes just really spoke to my humor. I wish you guys all the best, especially with that mini documentary you guys did just shows how amazing this all is and you just can’t help but have a great deal of respect for everyone in that crew.

Fun fact about OPP: on the inside of the _Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band_ album Paul is wearing an OPP patch which people misread as OPD "Officially Pronounced Dead." There really was a Sergeant Pepper and he was a member of the OPP.

After a full week of binging between work and sleep, I finally finished my full Corrections re-watch, and I’ve got to say, it’s definitely the best way to consume these. It keeps all the callbacks nice and fresh.

After all these years I learned that it was not about the Ontario Provincial Police. I learned something from Seth!!!!!
