Icing your face is a 'cool' way to improve the appearance of your skin (see what I did there?). Watch this short video to find out why and grab one by clicking on the link below! www.cslaskinca...
Been using Ice Cubes for about 3 months now. And all I can say is that, it’s very effective! I put ice cubes every night and every morning before going to school. My friends are wondering why my skin looks glowy. This works, promise!
same a few days ago I was complaining I had a big pimple on my chin and started putting ice and noticed after a while it went down since with the staying in now I haven't been doing a skincare routine as I use to and all I do is splash water on my face in the mornings and put ice

Michael Robinson No more than 15 seconds at a time. They sell a roller that your can go over your face for 20 min. You just dont want to keep direct ice on your face for too long. In the morning when in a hurry, I dunk my whole face in Ice water a few times. I work in a downtown LA where theres lots of pollution and my skin is oily. I use a mild cleanser and and ice and no more breakout.
I've been doing it for awhile and the cysts and roughness is already gone. I also switched to washing my face with a dove soap bar. I moisturize with aveeno baby eczema cream that comes in a tube with a light blue cap. My skin feels so much better!
I’ve been icing my face twice a day for a couple weeks and it’s literally been the best acne treatment. I can’t believe how amazing my face looks!! Lol I do it in the morning and after my shower at night. I use a creamy serum after.
I found this idea on tiktok and it works so good, I litterly would hate my skin so much and it was so bad, there was no clear spot but now my skin is always so glowy
this is really effective. do this after taking a bath or washing your face. morning and before sleeping. I do this twice a day and there's no reason to be afraid of. very natural and efficient to use.
Hi! Should I cover the ice with a cloth before placing it on my face (because I heard it could break the delicate capillary under the skin if used directly) or is it okay to use the ice directly as long as I move it and not hold it on one place? And how long should I do it? I hope you could respond. :)
Hi Al-ameen! You can put the ice directly on the skin as long as you do not hold it in any one spot for a long period of time, Ice can burn just like heat. You can roll it over once or you can use up the entire cube.. It doesn't matter as long as it's moving. Thank you for asking!
Wow, this is spectacular, have been doing so , can see the glow, freshness and ageless timjng coming around...truly works, gotta b consistent...appreciate it!
Ya all should look into banana peel rubbed on your skin fantastic and a banana peel mask, with rice, corn starch lemon juice and powdered milk along with the peel blended and use as a mask
I'm 59 this works miracles for red face(rosacea). My method is to wrap an ice cub in a wash cloth and repeatedly dab for a second or two all over the red area.
Yes! Aside from the fact that it reduces redness and inflammation, it's also a natural exfoliant- it's superficially burns the surface skin (like freezer burn in a way) so Whatever product you put on next will penetrate deeper. Your moisturizer will work better! Another thing, when you put meat in the freezer, it preserves...So icing your skin is also an anti-aging trick.
I have a whole skin care routine that I follow ex: cleaner, tomer, essense, serum, and moisturizer. So where in their would I use the ice cube? Any suggestions?
@@MahaMaha-qn1ux from my understanding, the ice cube should go after cleansing and before any other products because if you do it after a product, the product can rub off, I follow an esthetician (@caveofbeauty) on Twitter who recommends it after cleansing and before toner :)
You can ice and just be done...but your moisturizer (or anything else you might use after) will penetrate better + work more effectively. The choice is up to you and what you want for your skin.
Hi just want to know what am I gonna do now cause some part of my face turns red after I use ice lol. Maybe I used too much haha May I know if when the redness will disappear?
1-2 times a day I prefer one, but if you choose to do it twice do it in the morning and then at night. Yes too much is bad as you can burn your face, create discoloration(for dark skin), get frostbite, or nerve damage.if you have sensitive skin use it one time, and you can do it daily, every other day, or whenever you’d like
I kept the ice on one spot for about 20m 😂 because when I was moving the ice around I feel like it was not doing anything. Then when I had it on for 20m I seen it gone down so much. Like I have a bad pimple. It’s hard. It looks nasty. I have a hard time leaving it alone. But the ice helped so much and I hardly can tell there is a pimple there now. Tell I look at it. But it’s getting so much better. Probably when it’s smaller I won’t keep the ice on for 20m hopefully it dose something.
Or you can just get an ice cube Rao in in an old tee shirt but every now and then replace the ice and move to a different section of the shirt to not spread bacteria 💙
@@CorrectiveSkincare Okay, thank you! Though, can I go further? Like... 5 minutes? I feel like 30 seconds doesn't do much to my acne. I've been doing it for weeks - not yet a month - and I don't notice significant changes. Or is it too long, bad?
It's true that hot water or steaming your face will not open up your pores and putting an ice will not close your pores. However, steaming or hot water is effective in unclogging your pores.
Haqeeq King the average adult has 20,000 pores on their face, it is essential as it’s the way for the skin to breathe. Some pores will be more ‘visible’ then others, if you are struggling with break outs, the number one item you need is salicylic acid(BHA), either in your cleanser or in a chemical exfoliator. salicylic acid will help lift dirt and sebum out of the pore. Your skincare routine should consist of a cleanser, a cleansing balm/oil/micellar water (if you wear makeup), serum, vit c is very good for evening tone( the best one to get is with the ingredient L-ascorbic acid, which is the best form of vit c), moisturizer and finally most importantly you should put on spf daily, at least 35+ and upwards. Always do a patch test before putting on your face to make sure you don’t get a bad reaction, don’t pop you pimples as this will leave permanent scarring, or enlarge the pores. I recommend Dead Klairs products, they are a bit expensive but have good quality ingredients, especially for those with more sensitive skin. Hope this helped.
So it penetrates the toner, but if you following a beauty regimen then its better to cleanse, tone, serum, rub ice in circular motion & moisturize while the skin is still damp
What shoul be the 1st step?? Washing your face with cleanser and the putting ice or wash it with water then put ice and then the last step is cleanser?
Thanks for replying! But I'm a little bit worried cause when I woke up my cheeks would be red and I'm worried that it burned like you said on the video.
Okay but how would this work ? Would it be cleanser, toner, ice then moisturizer or cleanser, ice, toner then moisturizer? I really hope someone answers this 😭 Im not trynna fuck up my face 😩
