Since i started adding activated charcoal in my face wash my skin cleared! I make my own soap now with activated charcoal and aloe vera, hope this helps : )
@@rosiemsp6246 you need to use activated charcoal, i dont think any other type of charcoal is good for the face 😂 you can find good quality one on wish or aliexpress
It helps to spread it out so you're not chugging a lot of water at once. You're body can't process it all at once so it gets rid of a lot. But peeing can be good to because you're body is getting rid of bad chemicals.
I drink a lot of water so I understand! Lol. But a good hygiene routine and watching what you eat and drink will help clear up skin too. It won’t MAGICALLY go away all at once. But it should help. Exercise also will help too. Several factors go into good skin, just like a stress free life. They both can be difficult to control.
this video in a nutshell: - don’t use cotton pads with toner but put it on your hands instead - massage everywhere when cleansing your face, do not neglect any area - hygiene ! clean your bed, phone, products bottles and brushes !! - do not pop your pimples ! use a spot treatment (links below the video) + less makeup looks better during breakouts - use vitamin C (brightens the skin etc) - dry cleansing (apply cleanser w/out water, once white, massage with water) - instead of using a scrub for dry skin, remove this skin with scotch tape - after a scrub, the effects of a product will be increased
as weird as it sounds ive learned to love my acne . I just look in the mirror and be like "dang acne looks good on me". of course i still want healthy skin but acne is normal and more than half of the population have it. the girls that you see on instagram is a mixture of good lightning, editing, and makeup. You arent alone :)
I remember watching this when it was released and that same day I tried the dry cleansing method and from that day on I've never stopped, I can say 8 months later that it has been the best thing I've tried for my acne prone skin, best advice hands down.
Musiii you put the face wash on your dry face and rub it in until it starts going like whiter in colour and then massage it in even more with water on your hands
Here's a short summary of the video if your in a rush :) (please like this so more people can see!) 1. You don't need to use cotton pads with toner if you properly wash your face, instead pour the toner directly into your hand and press it against your skin 2. Pay extra attention to areas you wouldn't normally cleanse as much 3. Hygiene on your bed matters!! Change pillow cases and bed sheets frequently, as well as your phone! 4. Use spot treatment on pimples, it helps clear them over night! (use less makeup around acne affected areas) 5. Use Vitamin C (helps with dark spots, anti-aging, brightens up your skin overall, etc!!) 6. Dry cleanse (put cleanser on your skin, without water for 30 seconds, helps with clearing acne a lot!, when it starts turning white, that's when you can use water :) 7.Clean your products from time to time 8. Use Scotch Tape for dry flaky skin 9. Exfoliate twice a week 10.Wash your makeup brushes Hope this helps anyone!!
You're the first RU-vidr who has said "thumbs up if you like it, thumbs down if you don't" with no pitch. That alone is refreshing. The content is great. 👍
1. Don't use cotton pad for applying toner...instead use your hands 2. Pay attention to each and every area of your skin while cleansing 3. Sleep hygiene...wash pillow covers and sheets frequently 4. Dry cleansing 5. Keep your products in clean areas 6. Clean your makeup brushes 7. Use spot treatment instead of popping your pimples 8. Use vitamin C 9. Use scorch tape to remove dry skin instead of exfoliation
Babe, take it from me. That oil in your skin means you are gonna age WAY LESS than those gals you know who never have a breakout. It hurts now, but you will be laughing later.
Abir Shahid Is it actually a good method to use? I’m worried I will start using it and it won’t do good for my skin. Do you think it might not work for some skin types?
She honestly deserves more recognition. I have no siblings but she feels like the big sister that I’ve always needed! Thank you so much for these videos. Thank you for not pushing products down our throats and thank you for teaching us how to take proper care of our skin!
Hi, I'm DANI, a Korean skincare expert. This channel is very similar to my video. This channel is really interesting. I want to be friends with the people here.🇰🇷❤🇰🇷❤
If y’all are trying to get clear skin, I recommend getting a mulberry silk pillowcase. I had trouble with clearing breakouts, but when I got a silk pillowcase it really helped a lot. It’s also a plus bc it’s better for ur hair too I wash my pillowcase and sheets every week too I also use rose hip seed oil, it helps control the oil on my face bc I have oily skin and when I go to sleep after putting it on my face, I wake up and my face isn’t as oily as usual.
THESE TIPS HAVE SAVED MY SKIN. I never thought I would be completely spot free, I was so used to having spots, but now I have NO SPOTS. Amazing process. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
dog The dry cleansing step was particularly useful to me and just regularly cleaned my products a bit more which I always forgot to do, but I have noticed that I do still get some spots because of my poor eating, and not drinking enough water, but when I do it really helps my skin! Also I started using the ordinary skin chemical peel which has helped with texture on my skin and helped my spots as well! Hope this helps!
I can't even describe how much confidence I have gained since watching your videos. I've never really had a big sister/mother figure who would normally teach their daughter all of their beauty tips, how to apply make up ECT. You've shown me how so do all that and I can't thank you enough. You're so beautiful and you make me feel so beautiful.
I love how us women have a lot of skincare products and can still struggle to have a acne free clear face, then with guys they can wipe their face with a towel they literally wipe their bum with and have clear skin. WAT?
I am a man and no routine or treatment in a spa or sth works for me. I have a lot of large pores and blackheads and nothing really works. I WISH i had clesr skin without Holes and scars. This makes mr really sad that there are people with perfect skin while doing nothing and im struggling for years and have no effect. Wish my complex would be gone one day
You cant imagine how much i appriciated that this DIDNT HAVE some happy-crappy disgusting BACKROUND MUSIC! My ears are blessed with nothing but your beautiful VOICE!!!
I’ll be honest, I used to avoid your videos because of the all caps eye catching titles and thumbnails. But when I started to work in an office I wanted to know how to look more expensive, so I watched one of your videos. The tips that you give are the most practical that I’ve ever received, and I am now a monochrome fanatic! Thank you so much for your content - you’re an actual life changer :D
I found her for same reason! I am going into accounting and theres no place for the bright colors and juvenile sparkles there unfortunately - great skin and sensible monochrome makeup build much more trust when presenting ourselves

Love how you're discouraging cotton pads. Much better for the environment as well. You have gorgeous skin :) And that last message about kind self talk was also beautiful.
Fatima Muhammed so true! The videos are always so concise and well planned. I wish my videos were like this. Mine are always very spontaneous which can look sort of chaotic
Since you mentioned it, I just want to say I 100% approve of having sponsored posts on this chanel! We know you keep it real with us all the time, but we also know you need to reap from the hard work you invest into your content. So secure the bag! I’m totally for it.
Honestly, me too!! This girl is always sends out such great content for her viewers! She’s one of my absolute favorite youtubers because of the great effort she puts into her videos!
I agree. You're so genuine. Probably if you were sponsored, this company would have to be special enough for you to notice there practices and product. We would love to see someone sponsor you if you could Advocate your endorsement. It would let us know in the massive marketing jungle what may be worth our money.
If you've never thought about making a book you definitely should. I think making a guide book about all the content you make would sell like hotcakes lol
Me before this video: I am a major skincare enthusiast, there is no way there's anything in this video I don't do/ know already Alexandra: Microareas. Me: f...
I don't agree with the scotch tape one though, I would rather use AHAs as they really work for me. Vitamin C is great but conflicts with so many products that I rather use different anti-aging ingredients. But overall it's a good video!!!
@@sansastark5810 it counteracts with other ingrediens like for example glycolic acid making it practically useless if you use them in the same routine. You could use one in the am and one in the pm or alternate in between day because vitamin c stays for 72 hours but that's too much planning for me since I already have a routine that works.
The fact you said “thumbs down if you dont” was the realest thing ive ever heard a youtuber say. Ilysmmmmm Thank u for all of your girly talks u rly be saving lives out here!
4:27 i haven’t heard this tip from anyone before, but i started dry cleaning like 3 days ago just bc i could and out of curiosity, and THE RESULTS I GOT are amazing!!👩🍳💋
I would wholeheartedly watch a two-hour video of you explaining something, or even just talking into the camera. I feel like everything you say is valuable and your voice is really calming to listen to. P.S. I think most of your viewers would be supportive if you incorporated sponsored products that you believe in. You're like a big sister to us
I can not believe how FREAKIN AWESOME these tips are!!! I’m 36, urg, nearly 37, and I’ve got combination skin which has ALWAY been a problem for me. My makeup NEVER stays on or goes blotchy and its been the bain of my existence!!! You, my friend are now one of my FAVOURITE PEOPLE!!!xx
I highkey teared up when you mentioned being kind to yourself at the end. My skins been awful due to stress n hormones and Ive been really hard on myself about it. I needed that encouragement so thank you 💗
Ohmyglobitsmae same here. I’m on medicine but it’s taking insanely long to clear up. I have acne from puberty but it’s just not getting better at the pace I wish it would
i only started doing the dry cleansing method yesterday and istg the tiny bumps on my cheeks are gone like no joke!! im crying im never letting go of that method, thank u so much 😭💗
I’ve had bad breakouts on the left side of my cheek for about a year now, I was beginning to lose hope! After watching this video I started the dry cleansing method and oh my goodness it has worked so well! It’s really started clearing up my face and it actually feels so smooth!
Isabella Bedford hey sorry I just seen this, atm I’m using The Ordinary squalene cleanser which is lovely (: I was also using Cetaphil for a few months too!
i love how she says "thumbs up if you like the video, thumbs down if you don't" because it shows that she really cares what we like and what we want/need to see
Q. Nawal yes, if you combine it with coffee..the caffeine from coffee makes the skin have more circulation, which is why you have blue under your eyes, so with this, it is less blue, and the circulation also helps lessen the under eye bags
She’s absolutely right I was breaking out in my hair line, sides of my face and concentrated on these areas more and it clear up so fast. Change bedding including pillowcases daily and my face is clear.
That is the only area of my face where I break out:( I do every thing that she says in the video and it’s been getting better but I still break out a lot, I don’t know what to do
I have been having issues with my skin and no matter what I tried it just didn’t get better. I was surfing around one day about three weeks ago and found this video. The face washing tip has my skin literally GLOWING. It’s insane. Thanks a million!
_Melody_sedani_ xoxo I massage it for a while and then I wash it off. That's what I did and it's currently working- slowly, but working with my fungal acne. It's probably working slowly because I have a different type of acne, but yeah.
զմҽҽղɑӏTM • just cut a lemon, take a piece of cotton and squeeze it over and tap it on your pimples, if it burns it means it works. The next day the pimples should get smaller. doesn't go for all the skins but for me it really does well, try
I've also been told by my dermo to avoid exfoliators that have large, rough beads (often fruit types) like apricot scrubs. She said that these little beads can be harsh and actually cut and leave holes in your skin. Instead she recommended synthetic, micro exfoliates. Clean and Clear has a simple one with micro-beads that I have always liked.
Tips from me (10 years of under the skin acne, no make-up) 1. Aztec clay mask. Great for people with really oily skin. Beware if you have dry skin though, this will suck you’re soul out through your face. 2. Tea tree essential oil. It’s an anti microbial. I use it as a spot treatment. Make sure to mix it with a carrier oil/lotion. 3. Witch hazel.
I usually just hate all the youtube makeup videos, like all of them, and the makeup in general, but those advices are really interesting and GOD she have a nice voice
Azelaic acid is a very helpful product for redness (but be sure to use it on skin that's completely dry only, it'll sting otherwise) - green primers/correctors are good if you're red and you have pink toned skin, but if you're yellow toned use a yellow toned primer/corrector. I'm very yellow and using green makes my skin looks grey af.
