Alla, thankyou for using some of the precious time you have with your delightful mum to update us on your ever-changing Italian villa. Cherish this time with her, I am 67 and very grateful to still have my wonderful mum, living just 10min away, she is my best friend.
I think your Momma is wonderful in helping out. I see where you get your ," I can do it." Your Mom is not afraid of getting her hands dirty. Just like you. You just care about getting the work done. When my mama was painting waaay back in a lower cupboard for me, she said, “Are you sure you need it painted all the way back?” I jokingly replied to her that it was “just a matter of character” how far she wanted to go back 😂. After all, it was a kitchen in a rental - but it was so dingy. I love those sweet memories of my mama. Working together creates some of the most enjoyable times! I love that you have that wonderful lady to enjoy - and happy for her that she has YOU! ❤️🌹♥️🌷🍃
Ala, you seem to have a sweet Mama, she seems to be a joy to be around. I'm sorry but I think the corridor is too dark using the dark plum or even the lighter purple. I would do the corridor a lighter cream then each bed room can be a bold color if you want. Kathy USA 🇺🇸
Have you considered blue hyacinth or blue hydrangeas? They would look nice in your cream garden. Phlox also comes in blue, but it looks better planted in a garden wall, I think. One day, when all your projects are finished, and you've plastered and decorated right up to the attic, you can buy the house below you and start a bed and breakfast business for tourists! Lol! You painted the wall eggplant? Interesting choice.
I'm so happy for you that your mum is there and enjoying herself. Is that paint supposed to be matt or glossy? I think matt would work but definitely not silk sheen or glossy....
I understand people thinking that you need a brighter colour in the hall but I agree with your vision. The sumptuous nature of a darker colour envelopes you and is just right for a bedroom area.
Next time she must sing with that beautiful dance she did for us. I love Russian Folklore music and song. I invite het to South Africa. She must come and teach me proper gardening. But she must stay at least one year in my Mediterranean garden with a twist.

A friendly mention, darker colors are not as forgiving with the plaster. They show most every mark or spot. You may want to strive for a smoother sanded finish and several coats of primer first. Additionally, it is nice if the room to room are more cohesive in color. The garden is very pretty!
It would look good on arch. Plant in the garden, insert legs of the arch in to garden soil and other side drill in with clips to rock wall. On the top of the stairs or bottom, or make 2 archers 🤣
