3 things which detract from the impact of David's rampage - one is the announcer saying "That's one way to express yourself" - breaks the fourth wall and dilutes the drama of it, second Gail's "Do one, Grimshaw," which sounds out of character and stilted, and third the stupid end of the scene with Rita's joke about her hair colouring, which destroys the entire thing. The other quips and asides are well timed and add a wry, deadpan humour.
