What is the difference in the saddle pad? What is a Dressage pad?

That is a very good question and quite understandable because they do kind of look the same. A Dressage saddle pad is used and was created specifically for dressage saddles. Because a dressage saddle has such a long flap, it is necessary to have a pad that is long enough to accommodate the length of the Saddle flap so that the pad doesn’t bunch up, slip, etc. Now the simple way to tell the difference between a dressage saddle pad and other pads, is that the dressage saddle pad is more square in design and the other pads are more rectangular. Or you can measure the pad to see what is the vertical length of the pad. Dressage saddle pads are longer by around 2-3 inches. Hope that explains it so that it makes sense. @@SistersHorsingAround Sometimes, if you comment too much over a short period of time, youtube algorythm thinks you're spam-bots.... it sucks, because for a small channel, like mine, the only way to get noticed is to comment a lot.... they also don't like you reference your own cha..nnel... (see what I did there) in other people's comments, and that can get marked as spam as well. I wish they would remove that from their terms of use, as well as the default setting on subscribers being invisible...
