Apparently it’s really difficult to remove them. If the 11th circuit had responsible adults, they should have intervened. With the Florida documents case suspended, Smith can now move on with the NY case because there is no more conflict on holding two trials at the same time. Cannon actually did Smith a favour. :) The hush money trial will end within a week or two, and then the case going before Judge Chutkan can move forward.
