The Supreme Court is correct that the 14th Amendment #3 does not prohibit anyone from running for office although clearly it prohibits certain people like an insurrectionist from holding any office in government or in the military. Donald Trump has been adjudicated to be an insurrectionist in Colorado at the trial court and at the Supreme Court level. The Supreme Court of the United States is allowing Trump to run but didn't say anything about him being able to hold office which he's clearly disqualified from according to the text in the language of the 14th Amendment #3 If the Supreme Court doesn't come up with something significant on this criminal immunity proposal. the Supreme Court will be screwed by Donald Trump just like Stormy but this time the Supreme Court criminals will be SCREWED!
