If you think about it, this is a remix to the original Recovered Project. "Dave" seems normal in the first phase. He gets a little ruined in the second phase. Then he tries to rebuild himself with random assets. Am I right?

You are supposed to obtain it like you would obtain recovered project, just do it on recovered project instead of disability, but neither doing it on disability or recovered project will get you anywhere in the leaked build bc its glitched.
tbh there is still like one unknown secret song (which is unlockable and hasn't been made yet) which is for penis elf (cuz his silhouette is seen in the secret catagory icon
i got a neat idea on how this could be onlocked so press seven on the debug menu in recovered project. then you completely destroy the song (example being editing the chart, changing the character and song, etc.) then when you play the song you enter CORRUPTED-F1L3 (edit: is it me or does this song feel emotional for some reason)
you probably get this by pressing backspace/esc after dying in recovered project but it might just not work in the leaked build. it didn't take me to the normal screen but crashed the game, saying "Null Pointer" and nothing else as the error message.
about getting a track,in general, it will be very suitable if the error is not fixed, because in order to get a corrupt file, you need to ruin the file

How did you get it? I literally did the same exact secret from disability when you lose and press esc while I've done that the error screen says Null something.

I kinda agree And disagree, charting Is pretty difficult so atleast its playable, And not all charts are like how we expect, also log Man Said the chart Is VERY outdated
