Nether gonna give you up

In regards to the end I think it should go like this: You HAVE to discover it from underground (no running across the surface to get to the stronghold). This will present a HUGE challenge since just seeing where the eye is going will be tough. Once you've found it, I think you should have access to it any time, so long as you take the underground route to it. Then once you're there you're in a dimension beyond dimensions (the end, where there is no underground), and when you come back you'll come back at your spawnpoint... underground. So basically you never leave underground. Gives a challenge while still allowing you to use it. (and has some logic behind it!)

you've got a great series going! on the subject of end restrictions, maybe you can limit yourself by getting only one elytra (at a time) and bringing a shulker to the overworld for a shulker farm? Obviously enderman farms are great, but other xp farms are good, and your nether portal leading directly to a warped biome + your trading hall gives you easy access to pearls. if you want to make an obsidian farm or sand duper, as long as your just afk, i feel like it should be totally fine. as for wither fighting, you can *technically* trap them at the top of the nether in the ceiling the same way you can under the end fountain, but tbh it's much more interesting to watch people actually fight their withers instead of just cheesing them those are just my thoughts, and hey whatever you decide, it's ultimately your choice. this is your series--no need to limit yourself in ways you don't want to

Something you can do is to throw an ender eye, travel that direction in the nether, building a road as you go, and an underground base whenever you need to pop out into the overworld every 10 days and throw another ender eye. You'll wind up with a nether road that leads you to a number of biomes and to the stronghold. Take it at a relaxed pace and really make that infrastructure robust and safe. That should be a nice long project that keeps you invested without wearing you out.

I agree with the nether, I also think that to keep the end from getting exploited a similar restriction to the surface would help. For example at least every 5 days, but you can stay as long as you want. At the end of the day though, it is your world and if it would keep you from playing don't do it.

This is honestly the Minecraft series I've been waiting for. Lately every Minecraft youtuber is focusing on massive extensive videos that take ages to make. They're cool and all, but I miss the old Minecraft days. Where it's just Minecraft. Nothing over the top, nothing insane with hours upon hours upon hours of building and mining that's shortened down to a timelapse anyways. This has great commentary, you're thoughtful and doing it your own way. You're working smart, using villagers and trades, not giving a shit about dying, cos you're rich AF and can just buy a new set of everything. It's truly a new way to appreciate Minecraft and I'm here for it. Keep it up! Since everybody is giving advise I'd like to bring one to the table as well: Do Protection 4 enchantment for all your amour pieces instead of a mix between fire, blast and so on. It's been tested and it's the best guard against everything. Protection enchantment has a little bit of all the other enchantments, so it already combines them all. That's it. Really liking your new asthetic endeavors! I'm also guilty of building crappy little block boxes to live in while I farm up a mega-empire, and I REALLY enjoy my world a lot more when I put some art and style into things.

I feel like a minor quality of life thing you could do is to put a clock in an item frame by the stairway up to the surface so that you dont have to waste time running up and down the stairs or waiting at the entrance for nightfall.

i think its really cool that youre deciding to just say screw it and try building, cuz even if its not the most magnificent build in the world its really nice to put in that effort to make something look more interesting. its inspiring me to try the same things

Going around in the Nether and End is more difficult than navigating the surface or even underground, which makes it feel fair game for the "challenge"; of course, if the goal is to make continuous improvement to a single world a la Mogswamp, use the other dimensions to your fullest benefit.

the chill music is amazingly well chosen

You should put a lava pit at the end of the string stream to burn the excess in the case the chests are full. It will prevent lag in case the system backs up.

For the portal design. Maybe try adding other teal blocks. Like the wood planks and stripped wood from that tree and also cyan concrete. I’m not the best a building but it sounds like a great idea to me!

You can use the bedrock at the bottom of the overworld to suffocate the wither like under the end portal there are certain formations that when you build the wither spawn formation sideways and add the skulls it trick to spawn inside bedrock. 100% safe kill and the star always pops up above the bedrock. So would be perfect for cave world literally using the bottom of the world kill withers

I enjoy these videos so much you play very similar to how I do and it’s reliving to watch someone play the game and not build these huge intricate builds and just have fun!

The nighttime restriction does really make this play through seem like a vampire challenge lmao

end idea, you can only go every 100 minecraft days but you can go 5 - 10 days at a time

Whenever you say you are the main character I think of the will wood song called main character. "I'm the main character and you have to like me"

you should make a restriction where it forces you to learn Redstone even if its basic, that way it could help you in your other series.

I think if you use the end like you said for farms is fine but the other parts you can explore whould have to be limits

if you do restrict the end, i’d say that when you CAN go, make it 2 days visit or something

My thoughts on an end restriction would be time spent in the end or only for shulker boxes and elytra

Maybe you should need fire resistance while in the end as a minor restriction

I think one restriction on the nether (not that hard) is to not go above the ceiling

Do you have access to oxidised copper for the nether portal? It could go well with the WWB

Suggestions of restriction to go to the End: - You'll have to go in there with wood tools. - You'll have to burn all of your diamonds before you go - You can't touch any end specific blocks (as well as blocks placed on previous trips)

Honestly,i just think that entry restrictions in various ways(like get something hard to gain and use it as a ticket) for end would be great and fair for "underground only" challenge,as "END DIMENSION" is in fact "NOT UNDERGROUND"(+you can get EVERYTHING OP from end dimension) like nether is where i think free travel is good and makes alot of sense for nether
