yeah. cosine law can solve all kinds of triangle even it is acute triangle, obtuse triangle and right triangle. cosine law can solve all triangles.

@@ProteinPlug Just for a collage course I did after the remedial high school math credit I did. Which is when I referenced your vid. In the current job market near where I live no one wants someone with a technical in CNC machining. They want 3 years experience or more.

Longer way is more promising. Sometimes the other method (quicker method) doesn't work. This one does, all the time

long way is right, 596 could have been just subtracting from itself and 225 , then divided by 560 in lieu of add 560, then minus 225, one extra step

I just want to know, isn't the rule supposed to be cos(A)=b^2+c^2+a^2 / 2bc when finding the angle and a^2=b^2+c^2-2bc cos A when finding the side.

Believe it or not. for so many formulas and rules of Triangle or Trigonometry. Cosine law is a universal formula and law of all law. because cosine law can solve all triangle.
