I’ll be interested to see the longer term results of the peel. So far for me with other procedures, the melasma always returns despite absolutely vigilant suncare, no beach for 2 years, etc.
I did a Cosmelan peel last year and this is my second one. I’m planning to do a Cosmelan peel every year as my melasma is extremely stubborn. This peel is a maintenance plan. I am planning to ask my esthetician this time around what I can do to maintain my results for a longer period of time. I’m probably going wear my sunshield more often, wear more tinted 50 physical block, and start wearing my Franz sunscreen patches when I’m swimming or sailing.
