As someone who had to go to beauty school and wear all black: invest in a cute fitted black leather jacket! Also for class days, get a plain black sweatshirt. You’ll love your life when you do. Also, try a cute black blazer, it’ll make you look super presentable and trendy. Black belts with hint of golds or silver hardware can really jazz up your outfits too!

I started Monday and my class is so freaking cold!!! I get my kit on Thursday! You’ll really enjoy camp Aveda :) oh and for the maroon shoes you showed, at my school at least, we have to have a closed toed in the front and closed in the back, but I’m not sure if it runs the same on Tallahassee or not. And I tried to Vlog my experience at Aveda and they seem pretty strict about not having any electronics while you’re learning in the classroom. :)

I didn’t see any smocks? We were only allowed to wear the 3/4 sleeved smocks while I was in school but I usually took that L with the 10 points off when I wore my vest smock bc it gets HOT. I can go ahead & tell you to get comfy shoes, it’ll save your back & your hips from feeling like you’re about to break in half from all the standing you’ll be doing! Also your little mini wardrobe you bought for school is so cute, can’t wait to see all of your looks! 😉
