At the start, Sojourn says that they lost another ship here, and when you refuse to jump in the octussy, he sends a possessed Zen and Cassidy, who are from the lost ship Sojourn is talking about.

Im pretty sure the voice actor for the ravager is the same as ramattra. which i find oddly fitting because Ramattra is a type of omnic called Ravager

Funny fact if you are the traitor and all your team is down and you betray at that moment is a an instant win jajaja

I love having official AUs in the game. Gives the characters more room to shine. Overwatch - Main Universe Junkenstein's Revenge - Halloween Starwatch - Space Opera Questwatch - Boardgame Fantasy Trials of the Sanctuary - Diablo Crossover Cosmic Crisis - Lovecraftian If you count all the other less narrative focused event gamemodes, they actually have a lot more than I realised (Yeti, Lucioball, Loverwatch, Concert Clash, Olympus)

I love that all the characters have canonically turned into hideous otherworldly monstrosities, but OW is still super understaffed so Sojourn is like "okay team, lets try not to be evil this time okay"

I'm probably in the minority but I'm actually pretty interested into the story/lore for this given the cosmic eldritch stuff, a continuation would be cool imo

I feel that the Ravager lied to us. You don't really get any power after betrayal, especially if you play as a support 😂

I would like to drop the fact that if whoever is chosen DOESN'T answer the call, a Zenyatta and mccassidy ai will appear as the ship is repairing. (Meaning they both could have very well been tempted beforehand and are likely part of the "past" crew that was sent here). As well as one of the Cosmic Ravager's voice lines talks about the infinite, a faction in the overwatch comic universe. (As well as in the game) This means both of the seasons and battlepasses are connected. This means the other battlepasses might be connected to other ones!

So that's why it felt incomplete. The people working on it were laid off. Hopefully there's a part two or something cuz there just wasn't enough information or backstory to the Ravager. They could have gone a similar route with starwatch.

Honestly the concept of eldritch dilf bussy trying to call us into his prolapse and decend into him makes for a fun traitor machanic. I get that people hate losing because of a traitor but its iterally the point of the game mode. Im hoping for more from this i the future, istg i saw saw something about more parts at some point but i doubt it with the layoffs

*For the people wondering on how to win as the Imposter:* To win Hard, Expert and Lethal difficulty easily, you MUST be chosen as Moira. Not only she has a bigger chance to be chosen but also her coal is super powerful and can almost one shot the DPS characters lol PS: Make sure you grab one of the batteries so, when you fall into the maw, the battery will be next to the maw and the good guys will have a bad time getting it! Just a tip I found! You're welcome!

Kinda feel bad for this mode not getting the attention it deserves since everyone's focused on the new ranked. I really enjoyed the random aspect of choosing the imposter but I wish there was a special interaction if no one gave in (like the hero admitting they heard some voices but decided to stay) just so it would be a hint for other players what could happen in the mission. I feel like a lot of people might've played it, not gotten the imposter and thought that was all the mode had to offer.

I´m most likely in the minority but I like how they introduce game-modes based of existing games like Magic & Mischief (Prop Hunt) and now Cosmic-Crisis (Among Us) as I never played those games but am interested if it´s in Overwatch. But even if I no one betrays the team it´s a fun little PvE-Mission for some change of pace and I´m a fan of that, too.

this mission felt so anti climactic the first time I played it, I didn't even know traitor was a thing till playing it again and again lol still a very bland ending sadly, but it makes sense since this whole event is just advertisement for the skins
