I think you are not explaining the general expenditure for the students and rather of a well-paid working professional. It would have been more beneficial if you would explain the whole scenario of expenditure ranging from minimum to maximum
Hey, This video gives an overview of monthly expenses in Canada and is more tailored towards working professionals. I will make a video specifically for students as well. Stay tuned 😀
@@shivanshsingla119 I think even working professionals would appreciate a range from minimum to maximum to get an idea of what the costs look like. It'll help to know where those limits lie, as some may be able to afford more, and some less. Very good video, otherwise.
Don’t come to Canada. Only come here if you want to be price gouged for everything and live in a literal cold depressing hell for half the year wondering why you ever cane
Hi. I watched your video today accidentally, immediately I subscribed to your channel. I have one question for you please answer. Studying MS in Quebec or Ontorio which is the best state? Eagerly waiting for your reply.
Hello Rekha, Thank you for subscribing. I am glad you like my content. Both are equally good for pursuing masters. It depends on your school/university... Quebec is mostly french dominated so there will be some language barrier(not too much) and it is also required to be proficient in French for a lot of jobs in Quebec. These problems will not be there in Ontario and getting PR is also easier in Ontario. I would say that you can study anywhere but it is better to work in Ontario for easier PR.
Hello Shivansh, I just subscribed your vlog... It's nice information provided and more useful for upcoming aspirants to Canada..👍...At present, lockdown is continuing in India and slowly recovering and getting relaxations in different states depending on the presence of the covid... How is the situation in Ontario province ? Is any Software jobs openings ? My son got COPR for Ontario province and is a software engineer with 6 yrs experience, he is trying software jobs from India, but it didn't work out, they are expecting the presence in Canada, So we decided to come to Ontario province after relaxation of travel restrictions and try for the software jobs, Is it possible to secure the software jobs in Ontario province at present situation ? If so, how many months will take to get the job offer...?
Hello, I am glad that you found my videos to be useful! 😊 The Covid situation is getting better in Ontario. It's great that your son got his COPR. There are a lot software engineering jobs in Ontario and companies have been hiring a lot. So your son should be able to easily get a job in the tech field. It really depends how long it might take to get a job but I would say one should be mentally and financially prepared to find a job between 2-4 months. The job opportunities exist, it's just a matter of how quickly he can get selected by his prospective company.
Hi. Im frim Mauritius and planning to come on work permjt to Canada. Just came across your channel while researching on expenses in Canada. Keep up the good work and good luck for everything.
Lol, I cannot survive with a negative leftover income bro 😂 But you are correct, taxes are pretty high in Canada but the expenses mentioned in the video are deducted from my after tax income. So we should be good 👍
Do you live alone in your apartment without someone in sharing? Usually they do share they apartment room if they have 2bedroom then. In GTA it’s bit expensive for one person. I like your content very much, it helpful for someone in other expenses. Waiting got your positive reply Thank you
Hey buddy, you are correct. Renting in GTA is very expensive for a single person. I used to share this apartment with a friend until last year. But I have been living here alone for over a year now. And that's a long story which I will probably share in another video😁 But, if possible, you should definitely live in sharing because that will save you a lot of money. And I am glad that you find my content to be helpful. Please continue supporting my channel. 😎👍

Hello, In my opinion for a family of four you need at least 100k - 120k household annual income to live a comfortable life in and around the bigger cities like Toronto or Vancouver. But it depends on which city you live in and how much you spend on non essentials.
I have completed my bachelor & masters in English literature & history... now I'm.planning to admit in a 2 years diploma course of hotel management & tourism,,, is it possible to get professional jobs by the favour of thiss job after completing my diploma?
Its difficult to live in upcoming 5 year due to highest immigrant....no permanent jobs are in canada..due to..sab log..canada shift kare rahe hai... overpopulation hone vali hai upcoming year me.. better to have permanent house nd permanent job..agar nahi to India me hi raho 😂
Bro, India toh definitely option hai... And, Canada mein highest number of job vacancies hain at this point in time. Aur mostly jobs permanent hi hoti hain. Even when businesses were closed due to Covid, most people did not lose their jobs because the govt was supporting them with $2000 every single month. Canada ki population is merely 38 million or 3.5 crore so overpopulation might happen at some point but that's very far in the future.
I’m sure you’re earning 60k + as your annul package 😝😝😝 anyways! I like your vlogs im your new subscriber. Got admission in University of Manitoba for MBA-HR. I’ll be there in October this year :) I am looking forward to more of your videos. Take us to shopping one day maybe!
Haha yeah that's true otherwise I wouldn't be able to afford this apartment... It's amazing that you are coming to Canada very soon. Also, I already have a shopping vlog that you might like. Check it out here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-g5Ra5uX_V1M.html

Hi Shivansh, I am planning to move to Canada and I have about 8+ yrs of experience in IT domain. I plan to move along with my toddler, how will the life of a single mom be in Ontario. Considering I'm from india I have all the support from my mother , the transition is really scary for me but I want to break the ice.
Hey, it's great that you are planning to move to Canada. Based on your experience, you will be able to easily get a job in Canada. Life is good but it can be a bit tough in the beginning to leave your family and country and move to a completely new place. But you will be fine soon 👍😎

Hey buddy is this the minimum cost for a rented house in Canada and what are the tax system in Canada. How much a System Administrator will get there. Is 50000 without tax pay is OK to live in Canada. Give me suggestion I'm planning to move by 2022
Hey buddy, This is the cost of a 2 bedroom apartment in GTA (around Toronto). Rent will be less as you move away from Toronto. $50,000 is a decent starter salary. Scope of system administrator is good in Canada.
Depends on your personal situation. This video covers general cost of living in Canada. And on top of that you can add around $1000 for one way ticket per person. Rest depends on how quickly you find a job in Canada and how much your expenses are.
If you ended up spending more than 2000$ per month than how much did you earn minimum and how much a new student who were there how much they can earn?
Hey buddy, I work full time in Canada and that's why I earn at least $4000 per month. As a student working part time you can earn about $1000 per month but your expenses will also be less as students live in shared accommodations. Hope this helps.
Hi do you'll pay health insurance, lemme knw about all the insurance which an individual person is supposed to pay or are they included in the salary tax itself, pls reply back
Hey Rekha, Basic health care is free in Canada. However, most full-time jobs (and some part time jobs) provide additional health coverage for you and your family. The premium might be deducted from your salary/paycheck either fully or partially.
Already subscribed your channel.... appreciate your helping habit.....I'm from India in a MNC Pharma .... planning to work in Canada....how is the scope of Pharma selling jobs in Canada.....plz reply.....throw some light.....it would if great help....
Hello Sumit, Hindi bol sakta hoon aur future mein kuch videos hindi mein bhi banaonga. Lekin abhi jo viewers hain voh alag alag countries se hain toh isliye english bol raha hoon. Lekin agar koi bhi sawal ho toh pooch sakte ho main zaroor reply karoonga 👍😎
Bro I think you should focus on studying the right course that will teach you some specific skills. This will help you get a good job in your field and that will make your PR process easier... In general PR is a little easier in Saskatchewan and Winnipeg
Hey Namrata, You might be eligible for a Canadian PR under a specific category but you will have to do some research on which pathway you might be eligible for. For example, you might be able to apply under PNP program for one of the provinces in Canada. Under FSW might be difficult because you might not have enough points due to your age and also FSW draws are not happening right now. You might be eligible for some specific immigration programmes such as Atlantic immigration program. It will best to checkout the following website to see all the different options that you might be eligible for. Hope this helps. www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

Hey Shivansh, can you please tell us about IELTS exam I mean when should one give their IELTS exam? How many months ago? And when should a student find Basement? I mean how many months ago should I find a basement as a student?
IELTS exam is valid for 2 years. So I guess you can give it maybe 6 months before applying to your college. I already made a video on renting, you can check it out. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wc7TAHDvWOQ.html

@@shivanshsingla119 thanks for your response but I'm confused till now. . Suppose i have a part time job which i do as my 20hours part time job per week,,,,, . doing this job can i work in uber eats or any cash jobs?
Working on cash is a separate thing because you are not paying any taxes on it... However, if you are working legally, then you cannot work for more than 20hours per week as a student. 20 hours can include Uber eats + some other job. But total should be 20 hours per week.
That's a great question! Firstly, I studied in Canada so it was the obvious next step for me to work here. Even though salaries are much higher in the States, but Canada is a slightly more peaceful country to live in. But USA is great for a lot of other things too. So the answer really depends on personal preferences. 😁😎
I'm here to thank Mr Leon for helping get back my long lost love, I could never thought we can get back together again. I am now happy in my relationship. All thanks to him who helped me get everything done. I'm glad to be his testimony.
Hey Shivani, I briefly looked at Animal Trainer courses and it seems like it is more of a part time course that you can do once you are in Canada. You can find more details about the courses, licensing and jobs at the following link - www.animalhumanesociety.org/behavior/becoming-dog-trainer
@@shivaniabbu6806 yes I think it will be easier to look for these opportunities and courses once you are in Canada. There are other websites too. If you Google Dog trainer courses in Ontario, you will see a number of options. But you will have to research and figure out the appropriate course for you.
Thanks for the video could you kindly tell us what kind of profession you’re in and if you did your undergraduate or graduate degrees in Canada?! What was your major?!
Taxes depend on your income slab. Will make a video on that in the future. Basic health insurance is free in Canada. Rest is covered by your employer. Hope this helps.
having paid off my house by the time I was 46 I am laughing now, my cost of accommodation is around 900 cad per month including utilities, cable and internet and property taxes. Life is good.
That's awesome man! 😎 I wish I can also have a paid off house by the time I'm in my 40s. With the current real estate prices in Toronto, it seems very unrealistic for me 😕
Thank you mate for explain to us. I'm gonna go to study to Canada next year, but I'm already quite old (34yo). I watched a lot of videos about expenses and they go from 2500 to 4000 a month. Do you know if they care about the experience that you have back in your country? And again. Great video!! Keep it up
Hey! Thanks for your comment 😁 It's great that you are planning to come to Canada. No age is too old to learn something new. In Canada people go back to school even in their 40s 50s so you are well on time! Yes, your work experience from back home will definitely be useful in Canada. You just need to be able to showcase all your skills and past experience in your resume and interviews.
@@pablocasanas9751 Welcome Sir. Never Think you are Old. Even from my country India many persons go to Canada,US in there 50-60s. Heart should be young whats there in age
Hi Shivansh, very good and informative video, I am thinking of moving to Oakville. It would help if you can guide on how to get good condos for rent for family

Not sure why you need a 2 bedroom apartment for a single guy? $1950/month rent plus utilities for a single guy is a major rip off!! $400/month for food for a single guy is also a bit excessive. Otherwise, keep up the great work 👍
@@shivanshsingla119 Thanks for clarifying. For 2 people these expenses are reasonable for Canada. Keep up the great work Shivansh and look forward to your A to Z Wealth Simple video with your Affiliate link 👍

Brother if Wife/Hubby go to Canada as a dependent of Wife/Hubby and that person is done only SSC studies so what kind of Job He/She can do? I visited for the first time on your channel and I love the way you talk.. 😊😊
Thank you so much. I am glad you liked it. Keep supporting my content! 😀🙂 Bro, they should be able to get any type of survival jobs in restaurants, retail stores, etc. But if they want to do a skilled job then they can do some sort of small diploma or certificate course and then get a skilled job. However, they will be required to have a valid work permit or pr to be able to work in Canada.
just think of investing in the stock market or the mutual funds where your capital is safe, not like the stock market . Thanks for the question which you asked which just struck me with this idea!!!! cheers!!!!
That's great, buddy! 😎 I would say if someone's just starting investing then mutual funds and index funds are a better option and once you become more experienced at reading about stocks and companies then you can slowly transition to individual stock picking. Good luck with your investing journey! 😁👍
