I'm back after a little forced break my friends! My laptop was under repairs for almost a month, but I'm so excited to start the new year 2021 with a lot of videos. What are you looking forward to this year?
Agree with all the cons as I lived in Gurgaon for good 3 years from a Individual House to High raise apartment :) everything here in Gurgaon is way to expensive then other cities.
Tanyaaaa di, Like you are just a positive soul and I can totally feel you like handling everything by your own, growing independently everyday 🥰 it's very necessary to understand us. I can totally relate to this after graduating and getting a job and staying in a new city
I'm not even thinking of moving to Gurugram. Just watched because it was suggested, and I enjoyed it. Good work. The facial expressions and the command over Language probably makes this video enjoyable.
One of the major con which you missed in your video is pollution. Delhi-Gurugram most of the time are in news because of pollution especially during winters!! BTW, I love all your videos!!
You are giving the feedback for the rich guys and apartment only. Please also share where you can also rent a floor in various colonies like in sector 17, 14, 15, 31, 40 etc ... I have stayed in Gurgaon comfortably with 20k rent for a 2-3 BHK house as well.
@Forbidden Souls yes, a friend of mine is renting a place near Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. Thats not too far from the cyber city may be around 10 min. He's paying 17k for 1bhk. You can check the distance between them.
Well I don’t think Gurgaon is more expensive then Delhi ...in Delhi u get non furnished basic 2 hk in 25000-35000 Gurgaon is very cheap as compared to Delhi just see south Delhi
Just a few days back i had come to gurgaon and I stayed in a place called sushant lok phase 1 in an independent house for 10 days. ( airbnb). It was a nice experience. Yes, this city is not very conjested which i liked. 😀
I moved in Gurugram last year from Delhi Few major switches I am experiencing are 1. No fights for parking 2. More likely to find Passionate/career driven people 3. House helps are actually helpful Overall I think people are lil more relaxed & it’s easier to drive here.
You are living in 35k apartment 😅 last year I was in pune living with 3 roommates. The flat was 2bhk semi furnished in Hinjewadi , which is a IT hub. We are paying total rent 5k. Individually around 1,350 and we still think it is too much 😂😂. But thats not mean we are living in bad society. Ulta hum ak township mai rehte the which have all the amenities like gym , swimming pool, garden, 24 hour security etc. I think you are spending a lot of money.
I first discovered you with 'maggi and bollywood' video! From then no looking back.. (Fun fact: it's still my favourite video of yours💯). I really like the way you film, it's inspiring. Also love how you are shaping up this new channel, Living with Tanya. Good luck 👍
I agree on the cons - Gurugram is not a walkable city and it lacks green spaces compared to Delhi. Rapid Rail is good but, to be able to reach the station, the infrastructure is less-developed. A suggestion - could you please make a similar video suggesting which is a best city to live in India keeping in mind all the factors that you've covered for Gurugram? I know its not exactly similar to your channel's theme but it does cover two elements - lifestyle and living conditions.
First of all you are looking very pretty and beautiful in this picture. And during the last one and a half year lot of transformation from thick lens glasses to so pretty and adorable should be appreciated.
Apne time se hi ye transformation aaya hai. More we spend time on such videos more people like these will earn. What she get... $, What we get.... NOTHING
M gurugram m hi rhti hu from last many years..…. It depends k aap kaise ghr m rhna chahte ho.... sector 36 and AVL is a very good society ,safe and cheapest.... Rent Around 10000- 13000 per month...
Don't give wrong information.....The rent depends upon the Sector, location.... If you stay in Old Gurgaon...it's farr less nd if you stay in new Gurgaon wer software hub is ter then the rent will be expensive... Stay at DLF New Town Height,Sector 90,3BHK - 14K, maintenance-6k Water,Gas, Electricity extra as per usage.... Now coming to PG...it depends upon facilities....She is giving very very frightening expenditure values.... 🙏🙏🙏🙏
@@rishabhjain4671 glad you asked. Wished I had some concrete answer to this. Many reasons - one being away from my immediate family and dearest friends whom I have started to value more. We are in this world for limited time, realizing this now more than ever; so it’s not worth living away from whom we love. Secondly I miss India, it is an awesome country (reasons being plenty, I can fill a book here LOL) only if we see discarding the biased goggles away. What annoyed me in India was corruption, lies and deceits and was hoping to move to a better world, but again 9 years in Canada has shown me this so called clean country too is no different if not worse, just that corruption here is masked. Anyway zyaada bore nahi karrna chaahta. Lol. Stay safe brother
@@raihanabbasi3535 I lived in VanC for 5 years for my studies. I feel its easier to live in India and cheaper too. That way, one can enjoy luxuries of life.
You can get a luxury flat in 20k. Luxury apartments like heritage max and Emaar cost close to 20k for a semi furnished 3 bhk with maintenance. I don’t know what is she talking about.
Hiii Tanya, it's better to opt for NOIDA I feel visit noida ull get to know what literally public infrastructure stands for to be honest it's the best place , in Delhi NCR, to live
35000 is way too high to pay in a city with bad public infrastructure. I would rather live in private townships, where town infrastructure is excellent, for that kind of rent. Pune’ s private townships are the best places to live. But maybe you cannot party or have a nightlife as much as in Gurgaon.
I just accidently come through this video.. Tanya you have different kind of energy. I must say, you are so sweet and beautiful... Specially your eyes and smile... All the best for future planning.
Today I can understand that our village is the best,my house rent=00, village life is the best,we have all most all facilities like a city 👍, apna ghar hi best hai ❤️😀, by the way love from Assam ❤️
Hi Tanya, The cons about both Punjab and haryana is that the men there are a bit too aggressive, especially the youth. I am saying this as a man myself. Gaadi sat to jaye kisi se, maar peet ho jayegi. It would be controversial for you to say, but I could say this as an anonymous person.
No plan of moving there because i live in that state of india which is the best in Health, Education, Environment, Communal Harmony & fair cost of living!!! Its Kerala!! Anyways nice presentation Tanya!!!
I can really really relate with each and every point. Coincidentally I live in the same society as you do. I am an outsider and whatever you said fits perfectly fine for Gurgaon. If this city could focus more on women safety, I feel it could become heaven for people who want to run their startups.
She said thoda affordable and then went on to quote 35000 as the rent and maintenance 🤣😂 I thought this video was for middle class people Ended laughing hard 🤣
Was really a good informative video..... Going to be helpful for many.... Also after u fully set up ur house (whenever it's upto ur level of satisfaction) do share ur home tour and how u decorated it..... Looking forward to it😊😊😊 hoping to see more videos in this channel 😇
Itna to mera nahi aata ggn me ... Mera 3 bhk flat ka rent 32k,maid charge 6k or everything, wifi cost quaterly 2400, grocery and eating outside 15k.I like noida more then ggn infra is way more better in noida roads and everything is much better ,but in ggn you feel like living small city having bad road and dhool bhut h ... Noida is more cost effective and much much better...
Gurgaon is over expensive.. poor infrastructure .. Quality of house is not good as compared to the cost. You need to shell out 1.5 cr to get good flat . You can get Flat in half amount in Noida & can travel by Metro to Gurgaon. You can see condition of Gurgaon in rainy season .. all so called crore rupees apartment gets flooded..
When did land price in gurgaon become more than Delhi.? Compare the per sq ft cost and you’ll know its about 50% that of Delhi. Secondly aesthetics are ok, but the law and order of gurgaon is as good as any other Gaon, which is non existent. Gurgaon is also functioning because of IT companies. With WFH home culture coming in, it has seen the worst hit.
Hello, Thank you for solving my many doubts, I was planning to shift here to Gurgaon from Delhi, When I was house hunting, The one thing which was a bit daunting was No greenery. I felt..... This would be a major major problem. But, When I entered some of society I saw well-planned parks and amenities which is quite missing in Delhi. I am a bit scared of Street lights too, Hmm... It could be scary at night, I am so thankful for your pointers. I will again rethink everything before shifting. Delhi is very expensive and monthly maintenance is a big bummer. Gurgoan has great buildings which are relatively new, Delhi has buildings and societies old and lacking basic amenities. I can come to some conclusion maybe but Thank you once again.
Omg ...50-60k pm expenses ...then how much do you have earn every month??? It is too much amount ......from here when a guy got select in government job (₹40k ) salary ....his/her temper will just increase high level .....really they don't have any idea to outer world .....nice sessions ....enjoy it lot .....
In the year 2011 my friend used to live in Gurgaon not far away from metro station and he said the rent was Rs 50k at that time in North Delhi usually rent was somewhere around 10k to 15k for 3bhk or 4bhk
