Before Checkin Take a blank paper and write Room No. Rent Agreed. Security No. of sharing Electricity bill per unit price (check properly some charge very high above normal bill). Sub-meter for your room. Food and Snaks no. of time served. Other charges. Table & Chair if available. Get the paper signed by Owner and You, keep original copy with you and give photocopy to Owner. Take one ID photocopy of PG incharge or Owner,and send it to your family.
Hey, thanks Tanya for explaining the detailed information. However,I guess you forgot to mention one stuff. Many owners nowadays do not do one time power back up payment & tenant end up renting such flat and face low power back up problems. Kindly check on this too aspiring tenants.

You can go to a specific hotel and can converse with the authorities regarding making videos which would also serve their promo. You can show us different kinds of rooms in different price segments. You stayed in one Boat House which charge was Rs. 15 K / day. That was very nice one. But in this case what we request you is that you don't have to stay in a suite for one night and show us the the suite thoroughly. You try to show us things which these hotels should do to give people glimpses of their different rooms and suites along with respective rents per day. Thank you very much for your nice video.
