Hey guys, I was wondering what the update with you guys is? I watched this videos a few years ago.. and guess where we wound up moving to!? San Isidro!!
Hey! Awesome I hope your enjoying it so far. We are in Bali now and have been for about 2 years. We are looking for our next adventure soon.... Somewhere in Asia for now. Enjoy your time in the area :) Dan.
Would you know off chance , if eating out or even super markets provide much for coeliac s , IE gluten free products ect , very grateful to know Thanxs
+delboi19 I try not to eat a lot of gluten myself. At the farmers market I was at they sell Banana flour and Yucca flour which are $2 for a big bag. You can also buy rice flour, coconut flour and a few other non gluten flours which are more expensive around $10 a bag. Most super markets in San Isidro sell rice and corn pasta. As for eating out, yeah that is easy as rice and beans with meat and salad is the most popular thing to come across. There is a place I like to eat in San Isidro for lunch called the Urban Farm cafe. Also at Dominical the closest beach to here there is a cool cafe Mono Congo which has several gluten free options. Next to that is a health food store Mama Toucans which is great! They have a famers market there Fridays. Hope this helps
