Costa Rica is a beautiful country and this house is just 3 minutes away from the beach. Great location and amazing monkey neighbors 🎉🎉 easy house for rent and a great place for vacations ❤❤❤❤ you are doing a great job over there Sarah looking forward to travel to Costa Rica I never get tired to visit this country...

Well the living room and master bed stay pretty fresh since the sun doesn’t directly hit it until later afternoon (if it’s not cloudy). So having those large doors open is comfortable. I believe my bill was $150+ last month but I did use the AC quite a bit since still working on a fence to keep the dogs in the backyard and couldn’t leave the doors open.

great job!! looks perfect! Do you recommend screens on windows, sliding doors? I would imagine bugs and mosquitoes can be an issue without them?

Yes Costa Rica is not a cheap country at all. Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia or Belize may be a more affordable place.

@@alessandromorelli9412 exactly. You get what you pay for. So even though Costa Rica is more expensive it’s a nice country to live in overall for those reasons. But if someone thinks it’s too expensive for them then they can make sacrifices on those things and go somewhere else.

As a builder in the US ,I could build that home for less than 80,000 -Geez so cheap of a home ,no base ,no trim-cheap cabinets, looks crappy to me
