For me, I had better luck with these using a crockpot. Veeeery tender (and juicy) vs. when I cooked them in the oven.

Hi Louis keep the videos going ,, hey when you got your trailer LSG offset did you get tuning plates with that? Or is that one of those that don't use tuning plates

Thank you for watching. The trailer we bought is used and had the IVS on it and came with the extra grates and charcoal dividers for the fire box. The 500 gallon smoker is a reverse flow so it has a solid plate 3/4 of the way down forcing the smoke to travel the full length of the smoke chamber. Hope that helps

Louis, this whole video was worth it for the kitty litter tip. Thank you! I still need to find a cat, but I’ll probably just settle for hitting up a cat owner. Lol. Thanks for taking the bullet for the team on those burnt ends. Glad to hear they are good. Regarding the pink gloves, I just assumed you were supporting breast cancer awareness like the NFL players. Yeah, let’s go with that. 😅

Picked up a bag of these about 6 months ago. I was less impressed. The ones I had turned out dry (almost crunchy) although tasty. Looks like yours may have been better.
