I have the same model, Does your steamer leak water at the bottom by any chance? Mine has a little open hole where water leaks, it's driving me crazy since I just bought it

What do you do when it doesn't steam?

HOORAY! JUST GOT THE steamer working again..the tubes were stopped up and I managed a straw to clean out...I think I should use it more often and this would not happen
