Haha! The proverbial knob, I have not heard that in years Mike and I am old. Thanks for the memory and laugh. I was honest with them, told them the truth and they made it right. In all honesty, I was expecting them to tell me I waited too long to complain and there was nothing they could do. Fire Sense truly did me right and I will choose their products in the future over others because of that.
