Congrats on 12k the cookies look lovely, good luck with the gym. When i make cabanara i use Linguine pasta i find it a lot better than spaghetti. Take care from Norfolk

The texture depends on your flour. If you are cooking, a basic all purpose flour works, but for baking you need something like King Arthur's measure for measure flour. Don't know if you have that in England. Their pizza flour makes a wonderful pizza crust. It takes a lot of trial and error but most people who eat in our home don't realize they are eating gluten free.

Being coeliac can be hard at times...I still go down the fresh baked bread isle and smell the breads 😢 but like you I'm used to it now❤❤
