[ Overall EQ - "EQ or Emotional Quotient is most often defined as the ability to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions" I would say Ayanokoji take this with extreme diff. Because in Light Novel Ayanokoji shows us he has a deep knowledge about psychology. In volume 2 he said he has a deep overall Knowledge: ( "Um...that wasn't in the millions of books I've read.." ) Being emotionless is not a great EQ factor, but Ayanokoji is not entirely emotionless. Yuuichi learned from Shiba manipulation techniques about almost anything in general (I think), also Yuuichi shows he understand the emotions and manipulate them for deceiving his enemies. Yuuichi has more experience than Ayanokoji due for him as a kid already destroying peoples lives. Since Ayanokoji has more knowledge about this, and getting more experience in the ANHS, I might giving him this with extreme diff. We might see more from Ayanokoji in the next volumes, this might goes easily to him or not depending on the next feats/statement of both Ayanokoji and Yuuichi. Anticipation - "Anticipation is a more rational process needing better analytical and perceptive capabilities." and "Anticipation is not equal as Manipulation." This goes to Ayanokoji due for him Anticipating Yagami actions before it really happened. Takuya Yagami is the 2nd smartest in the cote verse (until now) and he fall up in the Ayanokoji plans, but don't underestimate Yagami, Ayanokoji plan was incredible complex, and it also was depending on probabilities like if Yagami didn't fall in his plan. ]

I would say for EQ, Yuuichi has more experience dealing with situations that require EQ while Ayanokoji has more knowledge over it. It can go either way for me. Anticipation is fax because Ayanokoji has better anticipation feats than Yuuichi as of right now. All in all, pretty damn factual video.
This is why yuichi will never be able to manipulate or outsmart ayanokoji. Ayonokojis thinking is his strongest point and he will use it for offense and defense. Not to mention with his unordinary physical abilities since childhood so he just wins.

So in terms of overall intelligence Kiyogod takes it and in terms of overall smartness, according to me it can go either side like as you said about experience which played a key role here. overall it was worth the wait.

Spoiler..( Y2 vol 8) He never skii before (as he always in wr) but when he attended the course for 30 min ... He picked up basics. Then the next day he beat kito and ruyen who are adavance in skii . I think Yuuichi is genuinely smarter in terms of knowing how to play puppet master, Ayanokoji takes academics, neither can manipulate the other because one is stone faced and the other is constantly putting on a performance. Whoever wins depends largely on the setting. I think irl : Yuuichi extreme dif In a fight : Ayanokoji no dif In manipulation : both are practically immune but Yuuichi mid dif at manipulating others. In the context of Tomodachi game : Yuuichi high dif In the context of COTE : Ayanokoji negative dif (he would beat Yuuichi by accident just by scoring better than him if he had to because Yuuichi isn't a good academic student) I always like to think this match is a draw though because they are both overpowered smart protagonists. Most people who like COTE also like Tomodachi game because they are the same fantasy. Yuuichi was taught to SURVIVE, while Koji was made to be PERFECT. Although Koji beats Yuuichi (based on this vid). Yuuichi is so outside of the box even using his own weakness (past traumas, bad gambler, etc.) as a tool to deceive his enemies so you can't really count him out when his at his WORST since he knows how to flip things back. Anyways I do agree on this vid since koji is just plain perfect XD. methods to kiyo? yuichi has his unique method "hedge bets" help him can't lose in any gambling games, then what bout kiyo? about anticipation kiyo only has feat that he predicts excactly yagami's actions and yuichi has more feats (he predicts kei's plan in hide and seek game, in zombie game, he predicts and makes a plan to knock down subaru with tenji, in chap 105, he knows hokuto will break his phone so he gave her nagi's phone instead...). and eq is definitely yuichi since he has more experience in manipulating people's mind. and extreme diff to kiyo but it can still go the other way yuichi wins cuz his method is so much op.
@Red Kirigiri method: kiyo doesn't rely on understanding a person's psyche and manipulation but he has no specific method. anticipation: the whole class c is stupid so he can predict easily, watchers like us can also predicts what ryuen would do just by watching him (like in the sport festival in 1st year, ryuen make his classmate slow down suzune and that's the most stupid plan i have ever known. why must we stop running while someone just hold our hand, we just need to continue to run.)

Yuuichi may be better in manipulation as of now, we still haven't seen how dangerous Koji can be if he's put in his WR prime mentality, and it's not like Yuuichi can manipulate Koji either way, Koji said it himself, he doesn't have a heart to be manipulated and if they ever have to fight, Koji obviously slams. w yuuichi is just a manipulator if we talk about in term of manipulator, ayano is on a different level from yuuichi but in term of outsmarting manipulator(yuuichi) can't defeat machine(ayano). however It can be changed in the future since we know yuuichi less than ayano because the author rarely reveals information about yuuichi and his past is only 25% revealed. Besides, I think eq should definitely go to yuuichi.
Anticipation , mental skills goes to yuuichi and fighting skills to koji If Tg had a LN then yuuichi will win in both outsmarting and manipulation along with feats

Yuichi will be much more enjoyable and better written IMO. The main thing is that when everything from the manga gets adapted, we’ll then get to have a proper look at Yuichi’s past-which is gonna be a pretty gruesome one 😢
